Summary: Okay so I bought this headset in august its now November and the left ear has just completely gone it works sometimes but i have to plug and unplug the headset constantly and for the price the headset just isn't that good yes I have a soundcard that has enough power to run it but its as good as a £20 headset.
Summary: I bought this just under a year ago. The sound quality, both incoming and outgoing is pretty decent. My main complaint is the faux-leather padding that you see on the headband and earpieces. This peals off after just a few months, and ends up leaving bits of black plastic around my ears and in my hair, I've had to stop using it. Very poor for such an expensive product.
Summary: Having previously bought a PC165 a few years earlier (which to this day is still going strong), I had high hopes when I bought this a couple of years ago.... The first issue I had was feeling pressure in my ears which after a while could become quite uncomfortable. I would also usually only use the right ear piece, having my left ear uncovered, so that I could hear the outside world - and while I'm not saying the headset was the cause, I do now have constant...

Summary: Purchased this much more expensive product thinking that it would go the distance. It has not fared well at all. The mic stopped working after 12 months. Now the right earphone is going. It makes me sad when I pay good money for an item that breaks down just like a cheap one. Sound quality never struck me as any better than a cheap pair. I would not recommend to anyone to buy. It has left me disillusioned.
Summary: I own Sennheiser PX90 headphones and love them. They are by far the best I've ever owned so I figured these would be even better. I use a PS2 headset (usb) for my mic and wanted to consolidate the headphones into 1 set with a mic. The mic is crackly when plugged into the front port on my tower or directly into the back of the onboard sound. Perhaps a limitation of the onboard but the USB mic is much clearer and does not have associated noise. Extremely disappointed.
Pros: They look impressive.
Otherwise very disappointed. I'm not sure how people think these have huge bass, PX90 Sennheisers sound much much better in a direct comparison with the same system. The treble sounds tinny and the bass sounds muffled. I tested with multiple music sources.. it did not improve. DEFINITELY try them. I'll be returning mine extremely disappointed.
Cons: Sound quality is very poor and tinny.
When used with external powered speakers which can drive the headphones the volume levels had to be nearly maxed out for "loud" sound. Definitely need more than just an onboard sound card to power or drive them.
Mic quality did not seem to be there. It was crackly when plugged into the analog headphone/mic jack onboard sound.
very heavy on the head, I only wore them for 10mins and my head and ears were sore.
bass is muffled and n...
Summary: Casque qui à rendu l'âme en à peine un an heureusement pour moi encore garanti et j'ai pu me le faire rembourser, je ne recommande pas sennheiser le rapport qualité prix n'est pas au rendez-vous !
