Summary: just what i expected and i got this because i break almost every headset i buy within a month and ive dropped this thing more then i can count already and its still working just great. This thing lasts! thank you!
Summary: I used the "Rockit Headphone/Microphone Splitter" with this headset and my iPhone with awesome results! I can now hear my calls like never before, and my callers say my voice is as clear and loud as a landline. The headset is lightweight and comfy. The only drawback is it has no built-in noise cancelation, so wind will ruin the conversation. I use it for business, in a quite office space, so results may vary. For my purposes, I love it.
Summary: Sennheiser has a reputation for quality, it shows with the PC310. The mic is clear, I use it for basically everything, I use it on my phone and PS Vita (a simple three band adapter is needed), on my computer for skype, I like it so much that I even bought a 3.5mm to USB adapter to use it on my ps3. It's comfortable, not too snug (I have a pretty big head).
Summary: Excellent sound and microphone clarity for conference calling. Using a few of these within my team, with both computers and phones and they work wonderfully. We have a couple more expensive Sennheisers but for the purpose there's no practical difference between those and the PC310. Of what we have used to date, these are by far the best for this purpose, at this price point. On occasion I have used the PC 310 to listen to music and it's quite tolerable.
Summary: Some people have complained about the volume, but I have no issues here, I don't particularly like loud music or loud anything. I'd like to skip the hearing aid when I get older. This is comfortable with my computer's volume at 44% so I can't imagine why someone would want to hit 100%. Note: If the output on your computer is set for speakers and not headphones there might be an impedance mismatch and it may sound low.
Pros: Not a bad price, soft ear padding, long cable. Ear pads cover the ears but they are not too big. On my previous cheap headset I had to shout, the mic on this seems to pick up everything fairly well.
Cons: None really. A volume control on the headset itself would have been nice but it's not enough to remove an egg.
Really good sound as far as I can tell, but I'm no audiophile.

Summary: Unless you are persnickity about audio quality, you will find this headset good for the price. It works with both my PC and my iPhone 4 (when combined with a PC headset to 3.5mm Smartphone Adapter).
Always quality headphones and great Customer Service

Summary: I have purchased many Sennheiser headsets over the years and I have had such fantastic experiences with every one of them. I have had ear buds, cordless, corded, with microphones and without. All have been excellent and this set was no exception. The only problem I had and I don't think it was the fault of the headphones is that on my new macbook pro, the microphone would not work. I had to buy a dongle to plug the headphone jacks into that made them a USB headset.
Summary: I'm not an audiophile, but I do know the difference between low quality and high quality sounds. I almost went with another headset specifically because it had 7.1 surround sound, and I didn't even know what exactly it meant. I still don't, actually, but I do know that I'm very satisfied with these headphones. The build-quality is great. It never feels like it's going to snap or crack if I mishandle it.
Summary: Bought these for my son to use for gaming online. They are very comfortable and block out outside noise well. Music sounds fantastic thru them. Good sound quality. The noise canceling microphone works well also but does take some work to get adjusted to your voice. Once you get that set, it works fine. Good quality at a reasonable price.
