Summary: The inline volume control and mute does well.
Pros: A very good headset for the price. I have not seen better for under 30$. The cord seems to be pretty tough. It is also very long, which is good for me, because I have it plugged into the back of my pc. I like the behind the head setup because it does not mess up your hair, or a hat or anything. Great buy for anyone looking for a good mic for a cheap price.
Cons: Sits a little strangely on the ears (fairly comfy though). Not a whole ton of bass range or anything.
Summary: Got this for those occasions when my gf is asleep, so I could have some decent headphones to keep quiet while she sleeps. I'm very satisfied. This brand is known for good sound.
Pros: I have only ever owned free headphones(ones that came with cd player or mp3 player or someone elses throw aways), so these are the best sounding headphones I've ever had, and they are well worth the price. has a mic for voip and gaming; mic rotates back out of the way when not using it. Super-Super comfortable, my first behind the head unit and it feels like I'm not even wearing headphones. I'm tall and most hats don't fit my head, but this fits just fine, even with l...
Cons: I wish the mic was detachable, but then I would surely lose it. I have glasses and had no problems with it, but some people with glasses may. It could be louder, but I'm used to Metal at deafening levels.
Summary: If your looking for a behind-the-head headset that won't break the bank, the Sennheiser PC141 is what you want.
Pros: Comfortable to wear and provides good sound clarity for the price you pay for them. Highs are clear, and the lows fill everything out nicely. The boom mic swings out of the way if you aren't using it which is very nice. The in-line controls also make adjusting the volume and turning the mic on/off very convenient.
Cons: The 10 foot cord may have its benefits, but I plug my in only about 3 feet away from my head, so it's a little much for me.
Summary: This headset is comfortable and the sound quality is fine. I chose this one specifically because it has no in-line volume control, which I find tends to be unreliable and broke on my last headset leaving me with no sound.
Summary: My last headphone/mike set was great, I needed another set for the laptop so I went looking for the current model from the Sennheiser range that was closest to the old ones, found this set....it is as good, if not better, than the last set which is still working well after four years. This headset does everything it should and does it well, it is not flashy or dressed up, it is comfortable to use and it just works.
