Summary: These are the best headphones I have found for running. I have probably been through 7-10 other pairs over the last few years and these work best for me. Two reasons: First, the adjustable fit of the part that wraps around the ear allows a snug fit so that the ear canal does not work its way out as often happens with other headphones that fit when you start a run but slowly work their way out over time.
Summary: not worth the price....unit not the easiest to adjust, and the sound is comperable to the $13 sonys i have.. the added extention must be held while running on treadmill because it flips around to much, and the clip keeps falling off.
Pros: Durable, Stylish
Cons: Cord Too Short, Falls Off/Out Of Ear, Poor Value
Summary: I have 3 big complaints against this peice 1. Although the audio quality is decent the base is just not there. The headphones which came with my phone sounded much better. If you pay 3.5k for a pair of headphones you want it sounding better than a stock item which came with your phone. 2. There seems to be some loose connection between the volume control and the headphones. If you slot it too tight there is no sound flowing through to the headphones.
Excerpt: Having relied on reviews before making purchases so often, I thought it was about time that I posted one. I previously had a set of ear hook headphones that came with my beloved RioCali. Nothing else ever stayed on my ear whilst running, they finally died and these were the replacement. The product description doesn't really do justice to the excellence of the product.
Excerpt: I enjoy running and my previous earphones kept falling out. I read the information about these earphones and thought they sounded ideal for me. After paying the amount I had for these also I expected them to do what they said ie stay in my ear! They constantly fall out and that's even when I am doing low impact running. The actual ear piece also feels quite large and not comfortable. So all in all a waste of money.
Excerpt: "...have a set of massive sennheiser headphones and a pair of scullcandy ones, but they just take up so much space they're not worth it, despite having far better sound. They perform pretty well for the model of earphone they are. I use them on my way to work and if I turn them up to drown out traffic the quality does suffer considerably. At the level I have it at on the metro they're fine, but louder is just not good. I would state though that you will ...
Summary: As a new runner I needed headphones the wouldnt jump out of my ears and still provided a quality sound. These headphones meet my criteria easily. I had earplug types before and expected the sound with these headphones to be comprimised. I was pleasantly surprised this wasnt the case. The removable volume is nice for a shorter cord, too. I have used a few times now while working up a sweat with no problems to report. I have no complaints about these headphones.
