sounds good; bad ergomics

Changming X., Newegg
28 December 2011
  • Summary: if you have larger ears, get these.
  • Pros: dynamic and powerful sound; decent noise isolation; sound quality is about the same as my Bose MIE2i in quiet environment.
  • Cons: you need bigger than average ears to wear these, otherwise you can imagine how annoying it is having those ear clips constantly dropping down

Good sound, bad shape

Changming X., Newegg
27 December 2011
  • Summary: might be worth it at $40 if you have bigger ears.
  • Pros: compared with my samsung headphones that came with Galaxy S, the sound is crisp and the bass is punchy. There's a decent dynamic range. The middle size ear tips fit me very well. noise cancellation (passive) works to a certain extent.
  • Cons: the ear shape thing is so big that it constantly slips off my ears (note that I use middle size ear tips)----almost unusable for this reason; also they are up to 21kHz instead of 23kHz as claimed by the Newegg website. The volume control is of bad quality. filmsy, unnecessarily big and makes nois...

Fair, but thin bass without adjustments

Doug M., Newegg
5 December 2011
  • Summary: Leave the equalizer off, apply gentle pressure to the buds and you have very good sound.
  • Pros: The ear clips work well at keeping the buds ON the ear. They are flexible, comfortable and look like they will never break. The shirt clip is metal and sturdy. The inline volume control is helpful and works well. Sound can be beautiful as long as you are light on the bass and don’t use an equaliz...
  • Cons: The product Overview states that the ear-clips are adjustable. They are, since they are flexible. However, they do not have wire inside the clip so they don’t retain the adjusted angle. The buds are not naturally aimed toward the angle of ear canals and do not stay IN the canal. This causes the s...

User Review

Christian Summerfield, Cnet.co.uk
11 October 2010
  • Summary: I have always wondered what the big issue was with Sennheiser... They're meant to be 'good' right? Well i'm a very happy Grado SR 80i owner, and since Grado, it's hard to impress me. The sound is 'alright, if that's what you're looking for. Deffinately not worth the £60 i paid!
  • Pros: Noise cancelling
  • Cons: Plastic.

Auricurales razonables

Alf, amazon.es
28 March 2013
  • Summary: Son unos auriculares razonables para escuchar música. Sin duda mucho mejores que los de serie de un iPod. Confortables, resultan cómodos de llevar durante tiempo prolongado...siempre y cuando no moleste llevar algo en el interior de la oreja, porque es necesario llevarlos presionados dentro de la...
