Built for the road. Great for accurate audio with little coloration.

Summary: When I first picked up these cans, the first thing I noticed were the upfront and sometimes harsh vocals/mids. I was a little surprised because the reviews say otherwise. I tried different sources to no avail. I have a smaller size noggin as a general comparison.
Excerpt: * How long you use it? 3 weeks * Did you tried many other models before buying it? Not in this product line. Being unable to test it before purchasing (sacrilege I know for certain ^ ^), I relied on many critics (including here) and items of specialized sites.
Highly recommend Sennheiser HD380 Pro - for ANY device

Summary: This is my first ever review of a product but felt the need to help anyone needing a similar recommendation such as myself when looking to pay reasonable money for a good pair headphones to last.
Excerpt: Basically, I was looking for headphones for monitoring the live concert. I tried the HD25 (I have not hooked without knowing why, the form probably supra-aural) and DT770 (bcp too big, untransportable, and take a place in the phnomnale flight of a console!). I chose the HD 380 pro.
Excerpt: I went to the music store to check out some headphones, (before I decided to purchase the Sennheiser HD 380’s) I brought an mp3 player with different types of music all sampled at 320kbs - high quality stuff - and spent 90 minutes listening to the following headphones.
Summary: This is one of the best headphones I've ever tried. Some people say it's a cross between the HD 555 and HD 280 Pro but for me it's far better than both. Audio quality is extremely detailed and goes very close to that of the HD 595, only with a closed design.
Summary: The sound quality is the best I've heard on any headphones yet, and the build quality is right up there as well. As long as you have the padding covering you head without any gaps, ie glasses creating gaps, the bass response is simply amazing.
Summary: The headphones were everything I hoped for, and more...but unfortunately they fit a little too tight on the head which leads to your ears getting a bit sweaty if you're in a warm room. Also the cord is a bit annoying as its curled, I'm going to get that sorted and replaced soon.
