  • Summary: These are a great set of - sadly, discontinued - closed headphones that can give today's best ones a real run for their money. Originally developed as high-end consumer headphones but studios soon adopted them for their detail-oriented and relatively accurate sound.

What a great sound!

  • Summary: Don't forget an amp if you're going to try to drive these to their full potential off an MP3 player. I did try them with Gears of War and was hearing sounds I never knew existed in that game. I primarily use them to practice drumming and the sound isolation is great.
  • Pros: Great sounding headphones. Extremely comfortable and lightweight but with very full sound.
  • Cons: I'm not a huge fan of a Y wiring configuration but it's not enough to take away from the overall experience.

  • Excerpt: 1 week of use I find it very neutral (no exaggeration of any frequency in my opinion) and linear (that's why he called LINEAR??) And moreover it is closed.

  • Excerpt: I use it for 4 months, what I appreciate most is that it is comfortable, not feeling "head in a tau." I think he look better with a dark fostex REFERENCE I forgot, again, I can push a lot more before it saturates (in fact almost at the max). I did try the Fostex I'm talking about just before.

  • Excerpt: Used for 6 months, I have not hooked to departure. Second, the use, I've found a lot of quality. Trs sound well made despite a lack in the low and highs a little too pronounced.
