Excerpt: These headphones are fantastic. I am a DJ, so I love the swiveling ear cup, but I also do home recording, and boy do these sound pure! If I crank my low, these cans handle the bass like you've got subs strapped to your head. Really nice sounding from deep bass to the high. The mids and highs are very clean. The sound quality is like NOTHING else I've heard. The adjustable head piece rests on the top and back of your head for complete stability. TOP HEADPHONES!!
Pros: Consistent, Easy To Use, Excellent Sound, Professional Features, Versatile
Excerpt: Sennheiser’s HD-25 headphones are a star in the pro audio world. I do a bit of recording in the church and my work place because of which I do need headphones, that’s the reason I brought Sennheiser’s HD-25 headphone which the best in the world of headphones.
Summary: This cans are the 414 of closed headphones, and for live monitoring use. Little, well constructed, supra-aural, comfortable and durable. Punchy sound, almost linear with a little bump in the mid-bass. Mids are good but a little "honky". Good highs but a little grainy. Bass good, non-resonant and quick, but it lack a bit in extension. Sound is exciting but it's not very refined.
Summary: Nice except for the high frequencies and detail - they just are not strong to my ear. Bass seems lightly exaggerated. Mids are okay. Treble lacking. Detail and clarity not that good. Equalized they are okay. They are small and sturdy, though. They can beat up the weaklings like the Sony EX51s and the street style. I like them better than the PX100s but they are also more expensive.
