Summary: PROS: This is an amazing headphone with a clear sonority.
CONS: It's a little bit uncomfortable for a long usage.
High: Very good
Medium: Very good
Low: Very good
I do recommend if you are looking for a headphone on ear headphone.
You will pay a little more for the Addidas Style, but this is awesome.
Summary: Good sound quality and good comfort. It is fairly lightweight but durable. The stock cable has some horrable mechanical transported contact noise (Some call it microphonics but microphonics is where mechanical vibration is transformed into electrical signal) so i replaced it with the HD650 stock cable. Yes i had to reverse the cups to make it fit.
I use it with a rockboxed iPod video and the RSA Hornet. Listening with crossfeed on i can listen to this combo for hours.
Summary: Sennheiser makes the best headphones in my opinion for sure. The sound is superb and the craftsmanship is excellent. These pro DJs headphones are super light weight and the the bass is monstrous. The connecting wire to quarter inch input is very short though, be sure to buy a longer wire because you can't move more than 3 feet from the mixer. Other than that I hope they last as long as my 280HD model headphones which still functions well after a few years.
Pros: All the elements of sound can be heard with the utmost clarity.
Cons: The connecting wire to quarter inch input is very short
Summary: I purchased these as a replacement to my Bose Headphones. The BOSE worked very well, and are the over-the-ear design. Very light and great sound production. The problem is that the yokes holding the ear cups broke, on both sides, even though they are handled gently. Very cheap design. I have to constantly glue them back together. The Sennheiser phone are of superior quality in design.
Pros: Sound and construction
Cons: Head band exerts too much pressure against the ears
Summary: Despite their size these headphones are intended for professional use. DJ Mag voted this product No 1 last year, and I've noticed a few influential Dj's using it in live shows (eg Paolo Mojo). Personally I don't like to use them while dj-ing because I find them a bit uncomfortable. They are very well built though, with all the components replaceable and providing a good noise cancellation but not near any bigger size headphones.
Summary: First of all I should say that I love these. They're lightweight, innocuous, and do a good job with muffling sounds outside. I say muffle, as coming from IEMs they do not isolate yourself completely from people talking to you (though they do have to speak much louder than they normally would), but they do isolate yourself from sounds of a city or an airplane. I've taken these on a flight and they are quite lovely.
Summary: These are the only headphones I know that offer decent sound quality and audio isolation. I use them with an MP3 player (Cowon iAudio T2) both for travel and for pleasure. For some reason, my left ear is a funny shape. I mean, it looks just fine (as far as I can see in a mirror!), but "simple" earphones (like you get for free with electronics these days) fall out and expensive "in ear" phones don't fit. My right ear is fine, so it's not simple user error, I hope.
Summary: Extension - Loads of bass extension... but, Impact - Slightly lacks impact and, Quality - Very loose. Does improve with an amp though. Mids - Good Highs - Good Soundstage - Rather good considering they are supraaural and closed Detail - Not bad Portability, Isolation and Durability is where these headphones shine. Small enough to fit insude a handbag or laptop bag makes this also idea for travel and people on the go.
Summary: Sennheiser HD25 are fine quality headphones 120DB are more then your ears can bare, u can hear the high and medium frequencies very well , but the low and deep frequencies, are not as i expected.. comfortable? i guess. it is always recommanded to actually try headphones before you buy... if your friend likes it, doesnt mean u will.
Summary: This review really makes me go straight to a local store and purchase the Adidas Originals pair of HD25s, and my purchasing clearly show how stupid the reviewer is. The HD25s are considers to be a legendary through years based on incredible built and nearly perfect SQ, and Adidas just help them to look more stunning.
Pros: Almost everything
Cons: Could have had a better soundstage, but not really necessary
