Summary: I liked using them with my phone (HTC Incredible) and for just casual music listening, they were fantastic. Wen using them to play video games, I was unable to tell any directionality on gunfire and the mic wouldnt get recognized on any PC I tried it on.
Pros: Great for use with iPhone/Android Nice full sound Lightweight
Cons: Mic has 0 functionality with PCs that I could achieve Surround sound (if it was supposed to be there) didnt seem to work. Even the left/right channels seemed hazy Sending to Sennheiser--After about a month the right headphone died.
Summary: I don't consider myself an audiophile, just very picky. I have a huge pair of Audio Technicas that I love, but they're too large for portable use. I wanted portable headphones with decent sound that would replace my old, broken PX100s. They had to be over ear, portable headphones with an open back.
Pros: Very good sound for the price Open back design Very comfortable Overall a GREAT value
Cons: Flimsy cable. I didn't believe some of the reviews, but after actually touching the cable I'm sure I'll have to mod these myself in the future. Bass is a bit too loud and boomy Slightly large for portable use, but these won't make you look too ridiculous
Summary: If you know what you're getting, these are great headphones. I use them to listen to music in my bedroom and they're great for that. The sound is great with a nice soundstage. That being said, they will not block out any outside noise and the sound leaks as well.
Pros: Great sound. Comfortable. Bang for the buck.
Summary: I would recommend these to anyone who has an iPad, iPhone or iPod. This headset will turn a touch iPod into a phone when using Skype while accessing wifi. Then again, a $20 set of Apple ear buds will do the same thing. But these sound much better, and are much more comfortable.
Pros: •hifi quality sound •look nice with a useful bag to hold them in when not in use •Apple controls are extremely useful
Cons: •requires higher volume settings - this is not a high efficiency headset, but adequate on an iPhone 4S •3.5mm stereo/mic connector looks like moderate to fair durability •haven't seen replacement pads yet for this can, mine have a bit of wear after half year of use.
Summary: Good pair of headphones, just really wanted to say that the microphone and center button DO work with some Android devices - specifically my Nexus 4. The volume buttons don't do anything, but the middle button will pause and play music as well as answer and end calls, and the mic. works on calls.
Summary: Their broke down very quickly, but I contacted the seller dispatched to him as a soon I could and I manage to have it swap with workin ones and now I'm enjoying it. I hope they will work with other phone as it is my upgrade come in soon
Excerpt: Sennheiser is obviously a very prestigious brand when it comes to audio equipment, especially headphones. Even at the relatively low price to what most good Sennheiser headphones cost, these do not lose the quality with it.
Excerpt: Sennheiser, probably THE name when it comes to quality headphones. It definitely is one of THE names when it comes to expensive headphones. These however are from their more affordable line of products. My producer friend has a pair by Sennheiser that cost him over £500.
Summary: I'm delighted with my purchase and would recommend them. The sound quality is simply stunning - which is the main reason I chose them. The open type of covering is delightfully comfortable, the two axis swivel on the speaker holders means that you can have them sitting on just the right way for...
