Summary: What is Sennheiser thinking? I like the brand and I respect its quality but this one is either a knock-off or a real miss. I normally go through a thorough process of comparison with other headsets but in this case, 5mn was enough time to decide that the quality was really sub-par. The Pros: - Light - Remote control. The Cons: - Anemic phones. The output is very low. - Bass. Where is it? - Quality: really feels cheap. - Remote control confusing.
Summary: The headphones arrived without any user instructions. There is a sheet of paper that is 11" x 16" with safety instructions in every language on this planet, and on several adjoining planets, in a very small font size. There must be a paper shortage in China. I went to visit what seemed to be the official Sennheiser web site to see if any support would be available. Nothing much. I decided to try the headphones with my iphone 4S.
Summary: The ear pads were uncomfortable, the phones felt as though they wouldnt last and the sound was 'muddy'. Worse of all the left headphone only worked now and then on different devices. I took them back and Tesco credited me in full. Will definetely keep buying from Tesco but I would advise others to stay clear of these headphones.
