Pros: After reading and comparing reviews, I finally ordered these. Out of the box, everything was great, the 6.3mm adapter works great in my Lexicon Omega Studio, and from my amp. The sound quality coming in from my computer sounds amazing! The bass is terrific, definitely inspired me to re-rip everyt...
Cons: Only downsides is that your ears get kind of sweaty after wearing them for an extended amount of time, and that the headphones are louder than you think to the people around you. But these are negligible details
Summary: HOW I EVALUATED INSONORISATION? When someone other than me is using this headset... it become a CHALLENGE TO GET THEIR ATTENTION!!!!!!!!!
Pros: I was looking for good sound (I am an average listen not picky), confort, "soundproof" from surrounding noise, no sound audible from the headset to surrounding people and the lowest cost to give me satisfaction. I found a perfect match to my needs.
Cons: The cord goes strain down from the headset on your shoulder nothing to hurt for sure, but the friction of the cord on your cloth can create some noise. It is less noticable with some fabric. I do not know if other connection concepts have been invented on other model or brand to reduce that effect.
Summary: No longer on sale (i paid $55); should only be worn in doors, you'll look like a doofus if you wear them outside
Pros: Awesome Headphones, Sound is Amazing, Very Comfortable, Actually are legit around-ear headphones not like other ones that may be advertised as such, really cant go wrong, could probably get run over by a truck and still be intact
Cons: Maybe a little heavy, might strain the neck a bit;
Summary: For 50 bucks, these are more than worth the money.
Pros: Very comfortable, block any outside noise great, all audio is very clear, bass may be lacking for some but to me it is just right ( don't expect these to rattle your brain though) and I think they look great.
Pros: Absolutely love them. Can't go wrong for price at all, these are the best that I've found during my search for headphones. The 6.3mm adapter screws on perfectly for play with my amp/recording set up, and the cord is longer than you'll ever need. The bass, the treble, all sounds great
Cons: Not really a con, but you can't exactly take these on the plane with you, as it sound cancels alright, but everyone can hear what you're listening to.
Summary: At $55 I don't think these can be beat. My main concerns were sound clarity and comfort and these are winners in that regard. I had the eh-150s, but they were not truly circumaural and became pretty uncomfortable after a few minutes.
Pros: These are the most comfortable headphones I've tried and are on par with the triports in that regard. They block out tons of outside noise without clamping down on your head quite as much as the HD280s. Mine are still burning in, but the sound is very clear in the mids and highs and the bass is v...
Cons: They're pretty big so they might look sorta goofy if you wore them around. I doubt that I would ever wear it on a bus or something. They're great for my dorm room and I will take them on airplanes and to get pumped before my sporting events.
Summary: Got these for a friend of mine..who DJ's...he loves 'em. He DJ'd at my work last night and I listened to them for a while and these things rock. The noise cancelling properties of these phones are great.
Pros: Sturdy, well built, Very good design..Very little power needed to drive..good niose cancellation...COMFY, very comfy!!
Cons: Both sides don't swivel? not really a con but the space is here. lol
Summary: Haven't compared them to the HD280 like 'Duke' did, but after hearing these, I don't doubt him. And these are cheaper than the HD280.
Pros: Clean, easy going, neutral. They have a more forward, less 'laid back' presentation than the HD555. They block out noise pretty well. They just sound really nice with good bass and no harshness so far.
Cons: They are gonna get hot, but that happens with all sealed cans, can't fault them for that. Comfort is ok, I prefer the velvety feel of the pads on the HD555.
Summary: If you want noise dampened and superior quality pick these. the other guy before must have had a rare defective pair. These usually are a Gem. there not the best sound quality but their the best for closed ear
Pros: sound quailty is equal to the 280 pro/silver models.(I've listened to them both on many different occasions). The best thing is the comfort and durability. the headphones could be thrown off a cliff and stampeded over, and they would still work perfectly. I couldn't recomend a better model of a p...
