Summary: With all the positive reviews that I read I had semi high hopes that this would be a decent replacement. Plugging them into my HTC Thunderbolt, HTC One, Hisense Sero 7, HP G7 Laptop, Home & Work PC's and even my RCA 5.1 Surround Sound setup (which would have more clean power to send)..
Pros: They feel good on your head. Sturdy construction.
Cons: Mine sounded terrible connected to any audio devices I chose. If you're an audiophile then pass on these!!
Pros: Light Weight, wont hurt your head after long periods of use. Nice design, they look nice and they aren't super bulky.
Cons: Feels cheap, feels like it would break after short usages. Sound of the headphones are decent at best, rigt speaker blew after just under a weeks worth of use without high volume. Extremely long cord, like longee than headphones ever need to be. id estimate it being upwards of almost 10ft long. w...
Excerpt: I had the Sennheiser HD 202 headphones and thought that these would be close to the sound of them... wrong! These are no better than some cheap earbuds that don't reproduce bass sounds very well. Highly recommend that you try to find the HD 202's on sale and get them.
Pros: Bought them on sale for $14.00, so not a lot of money wasted.
Cons: The jack became loose within 1 week of moderate use, and now is completely useless. I have to hold it by hand in a very specific manner to get any sound working. Only plugged into a few different devices before it became this way.

Summary: I have used Sennheiser for years, both for pleasure and professionally (being a technician for a radio station and also sound engineer for many different projects). These monstrosities are not worthy of the name (I was not expecting earth-shattering sound quality due to the price, but these things...
Pros: Finding these on sale, I was happy to spend the 10 bucks or so, to replace my last two pairs of HD 202's (both which died in the left ear speaker). These had the Sennheiser logo on them and that is what made me buy.
Cons: After getting them, I find the adapter is missing (along with cords and other things from my other items from my order). --- This is more of a newegg failure than anything else, someone pilfered my stuff at their warehouse. However, immediately after putting on the headphones, I INSTANTLY discove...
