Summary: These are pretty much perfect. Amazing sound quality, lightweight so they don't hurt your ears, loud and crisp. Put them into your ears and they cancel out the world. Use them all the time on planes just as earplugs. Really incredible earbuds!
Summary: I've owned Sennheiser HD555, Shure SRH-840 headphones, Shure E2C earphones among other audiophile earphones. The sound quality on these are comparable to other $30 headphones. I paid $30 and would not buy these again. The cables sticking to each other and tangling is the ABSOLUTE WORST.
Pros: $30 generic headphones with a case. Multiple sizes. Does not leak sound like apple earphones
Cons: SUPER STICKY CABLES THAT TANGLE EVERY SINGLE TIME YOU USE THEM. They tangle in the case, your pocket, in your bag, evem you have them straightened out when you're using it they aren't straight, they tangle to itself. Absolutely annoying and makes u look like you're using $1 headphones
Summary: These headphones are lightweight and comfortable. You get "good enough" sound, perfect for subway rides or bus trips, etc. Hopefully the plug will stay put for you and you won't have the same trouble I do...making them a bit of a PITA when I'm walking.
Pros: At the sale price - newegg rocks! - these are a good deal. On my Samsung Focus they sound pretty much like the headphones that came with the phone, not much better, maybe a bit. The mids suffer the usual muddiness / hollowness and the bass is overemphasized. Still, all in all they sound okay for ...
Cons: One big negative is the plug. If I'm moving at all the plug slips out of my phone. Constantly. Walking? Forget about walking while listening to music unless you don't mind holding your phone (or mp3 player, whatever). Maybe it's just my phone but I think someone else mentioned this too. Other tha...
Summary: The lack of bass issue might be caused by the device that pushing it. (current is a phone). Will try on some other device like mp3 player to further test on the bass capability.
Pros: First of all Im no sound guru, I am reviewing it as a average music lover. Very clear sound quality almost as good as my previous ear-phone. (AKG K324P) I'm able to hear much more than some high bass headphone, yet it perform fairly well on low bass too. I got this when it is on special promo, ca...
Cons: It never hurt to have more bass...design is kind of flimsy. Of cause there are better earphone out there but also with a bigger price tag.
Summary: These are the exact same headphones as the CX-300 (I believe that's the model), except these have a Y shaped cord instead of a J. I had the CX-300s for a while before they were stolen at the gym, and then I replaced them with these.
Pros: Great sound quality, stay in your ears without becoming uncomfortable or hurting
Cons: Cord sound can be distracting, but I run the cord under my shirt so it's a non-issue. If you go running with ear buds on a windy day without securing the cord to yourself, what do you really expect?
Summary: Personal Rating (compared to other similar headphones, NOT professional) Hardware: 8/10 Volume: 7/10 Clarity: 7/10 Price: 5/10 Total: 27/40 Hope it helped.
Pros: THE CORD IS SYMMETRICAL (I had a very difficult time finding that information, I ended up calling Sennheiser) I use these for both recreational listening and my backup pair of in ear monitors. I have a pair of Sennheiser IE80 professional headphones, and they are absolutely wonderful. I am relati...
Cons: -Speakers crack at higher volumes, seem like they would be easy to blow. -Bass is a little lacking at times, but treble isn't overbearing... so its not so bad. -Retail price is a little high, try to get it on a promo.
Pros: Good bass. Great quality. After wearing these for a few months and loving the sound I lost them and realized I accidently washed them with a load of laundry. I feared the worst. I stuck them in and worked like a charm after all the abuse. VERY PLEASED!
