Excerpt: Nothing special... been a Sennheiser fan/user of mics and headphones for over 40 years.... these earbuds are just average... no significant enhanced bass response. Discontinued by manufacturer
Excerpt: Sales specs say in a couple different places that a "Carry Pouch" is included. This is not correct !NO POUCH !.... hence the 3 stars... will return with a review of sound quality after I have used them for a while
Pros: At the time of writing this review, I've owned my earphones for a year and 3 months. I bought them at a FANTASTIC price considering they are soooo comfortable, and block noise so well. The bass and sound is pretty nice, so I've no complaints in that department.
Cons: Despite always packing my earphones delicately in their own case, they've started to go, the sound becoming imbalanced in the earphones, which is extremely annoying.
Summary: I purchased these for my mother so she wouldn't have to deal with cheap earbuds anymore. I tested these out myself before giving them to her, and they do sound like sennheiser quality. The only thing I don't care about is the sound reproduction with heavy bass.
Cons: It lasted a month or so before the right side started going out, now it doesn't work at all. My cheap, crummy, target buds are still going strong a year later, but I was very disappointed with the life I got out of these. Was $20 on newegg, normal price was $80. What a joke, they sound like $10 b...
Summary: I wonder if Sennheiser can help fix these. Maybe a suggestion on how to go about fixing it because I'm handy in that sense. I guess I can't complain too much because I only paid 18 bucks and got about 4 months' use.
Pros: Sound very good (at first but I'll get to that later). They fit well in my ear. Solid highs and lows and for the price (I bought them for around 18 bucks) they are a nice buy. They look good too.
Cons: Now the bad news; I got them in mid April and used them only on the subway and walking to places. I never used them when running or anything like that. Still, by the end of August the right started to go away. It's weird because I have to pull down the right wire while the right side piece is in ...
Summary: Will buy them again, just redesign the part that goes before the jack, make is stronger.
Pros: The sound !!. Amazing, Ive owned so many brands, and this are the best sound earphones I've had.
Cons: The connector sucks. I went trough 2 of these in the last 4 months. It will eventually start losing connection, so I can tell you, be careful where you keep them, make sure the connector does not go trough pressure points. The cable rubbing with clothes is also annoying.
