Nice headset

Patrick B., Newegg
17 March 2011
  • Summary: Haven't had a chance to mess around with the multi-point feature.
  • Pros: The call quality is astounding. The first bluetooth headset I had, I ended up shooting it with a BB gun because it frustrated me so. This headset seems like a quantum leap compared to that one.
  • Cons: I was going to say the battery never seems to get a full charge, but in the process of typing that out it just completed charging.

Excellent buy!

Jason H., Newegg
13 February 2011
  • Summary: Sounds great, no background noise, holds a decent charge, $20 for me after all discounts. Well worth it.
  • Pros: Low price. Very simple to use. Connected immediately on my phone and my wife's. No interference. For those who have had problems, read the paperwork. High wireless traffic is most likely the culprit.
  • Cons: Very simple device. No bells and whistles. There are some features that I don't even try to use due to the fact that you have only one button aside from volume up/ down to control them.

Bad ergonomics and poor quality control

Raymond A., Newegg
6 February 2011
  • Summary: Usually I've had good luck with Samsung products but not this time. Giving 2 stars instead of 1 because it actually did work out of the box.
  • Pros: Comfortable (this is a highly subjective choice). Sound quality is OK-ish.
  • Cons: Used only a couple of times before the battery gave out -- will not hold a charge at all. Pairing is much more complicated than other BT headsets. There are plenty of headsets out there in this price range. Do yourself a favor and choose something else.

Average, But Does The Job

Anonymous, Newegg
1 February 2011
  • Summary: This is an average headset with a few perq's. The USB port appears to be a standard mini USB. Make sure to fully charge the unit before using it or you will not be happy with the quality. Do not cover the mics. Do not attempt to wear the ear piece like an ear plug.
  • Pros: Decent quality for the price, good battery life, reasonable voice quality, light weight
  • Cons: Cheap-feeling ear hook, talk button position is prone to accidental pushes, low ear piece volume

User Review

Anonymous, Newegg
10 February 2010
  • Summary: The bluetooth works fine and the battery charge lasts long enough. As long as you are within 8-10 feet of the phone (no walls or disturbances) it works fine. For regular conversation with your family it is fine but recommend not using this bluetooth if you are making an important call.
  • Pros: The bluetooth is cheap and works well
  • Cons: The sound quality is not good. Almost all the time it is hard to understand when the person is using this bluetooth on the other end.

Works good, Great price

Ralph I., Newegg
9 February 2010
  • Summary: people that i talk to say they can here me fine and they usually can tell that i am driving. so the noise cancellation must work pretty well since i am usually in a noisy work van. I like this one better then my two other BT headsets. Wish i had bought another one (up to two rebates per household).
  • Pros: Sound quality is good. comfortable to wear. i really like the versatile ear hook design. can connect to both my personal phone and work phone simultaneously. $10 after $20 MIR.
  • Cons: Remembering how to switch between calls on two phones with one BT headset will take some practice.

not worth the price

Joshua m., Newegg
24 January 2010
  • Pros: switching between headsets was the feature that hooked me... doesn't do it very well. might as well use a regular cheapo headset
  • Cons: switching between phones is cumbersome. expensive. short short short battery life. need to recharge every day. large. no off switch.

Very nice for the price!

Shaumil D., Newegg
22 January 2010
  • Summary: I misplaced this for about a week and had to go back to my Moto headset and I hated the moto headset! I pair this with my Blackberry and it's plenty loud. No problems with people on the call hearing me.
  • Pros: Pairs quickly Ear Bud close to ear canel Stylish Ear hook slides so you can center ear bud to your ear canal
  • Cons: none

Great with my iPhone 3GS

Robert H., Newegg
18 January 2010
  • Summary: This product works great when I am out and about, and OK at home other than some interference when I am within 10-15 ft of the baby monitor reciever.
  • Pros: Price ($10 after rebate), Samsung quality, works great with my iPhone 3GS (instantly recognized and allowed use)
  • Cons: Baby monitor in the house interferes with the signal when nearby
