A work horse of a head set, I only wish it knew the job it needed to do.

Summary: Sound quality I'm told on the other end is good as long as there is absolute silence on my end. It is very crippled with broken speech when it ain't so quiet. Expect a lot of "What did you say?" and "Can you repeat that." coming from your callers.
Summary: I think one can get used to sertain level of pain while wearing this, but the manufacturer's refusal to do anything about the flimsy earhooks that supplied with this unit is very dissappointing. I did not get anywhere with their customer "service".
Pros: Sound is good and clear. Good volume controls and can be adjusted to be pretty loud in a loud place and lowered to a minimum when needed. Very good battery life. Lets you talk while the phone is charging a few rooms and a few walls away. I gave it a 3 because of inflicted pain and the fact that w...
Cons: Inconvenient to put on and rather painful to wear earpiece, especially at first. the ear hooks broke down where it snaps to the earpiece itself and no replacements available. The manufacturer suggested to buy a new earpiece. I will, but will be sure to make a better choice now
Summary: In my case I was more concern in the purpose of the situation. Mail in rebates are supposed to be an incentive but I've never had an easy process with them. Summary, don't buy something based on it's rebate unless dealing with the rebate process is worth your effort!
Pros: Plug n' play. It's a nice gift.
Cons: I read the reviews for this product before purchase and the worst topic I noticed was dealing with the rebate so to humor myself I mailed the rebate in with delivery confirmation. I made copies of everything, including the packaging which the rebate also recommends. I delivered the rebate directl...
Summary: Rebate offer worked fine with the Newegg form. Likely going back to Plantronics for sound and ergonomics when this breaks.
Pros: Decent value when coupled with rebate.
Cons: Not very loud - when in the car I always have to cup my hand over it - which defeats the purpose when driving at least. Plastic clip is pokey and stiff. Doesn't rotate out either like my Plantronics. Both make it more difficult to put on. You have to learn how to put it on. Ear seal rubber piece ...
Summary: I called the rebate customer service number after forgetting for three weeks that I was supposed to receive a $20 visa prepaid card. The rep helping me was pretty helpful. The only thing that sounded fishy was that he said that the UPC code I sent in didn't match the rebate form, but that they would...
Pros: cheap ($1.99 w/the mail-in rebate)
Cons: hard to position in ear. but once it's set, it doesn't fall out. multi-function button is hard to use.
Pros: This unit has very good sound quality and range. the clarity is such that people never complain about poor volume. the unit is comfortable on the ear and synching with a smart/phone is a snap.
Cons: The but is this. There a design flaw where the plastic ear piece break rather easily. when it does customer service is neither helpful or sympathetic. I call them three times looking to get this replace. There response was you could by them but we don't have them. No they never asked my info to n...
