  • Summary: Bought the product to replace and old one that I had. Received, charged and paired it with the phone in seconds. Wear the piece to work to all day to day but barely notice that it's there. Pro: nice, light & sleek design Con: sound is really low even with the volume maxed out.

Good but not great

  • Summary: The Samsung HM1200 is a good earpiece for someone's first Bluetooth. The sound quality is decent but not great. I like to use mine to hear all notification, music, and tune-in radio. This particular one can only be use for phone calls, nothing else. The price was excellent.

Great price but this unit is not for driving, no volume.

  • Summary: Great for the house or mall but don't add additional noise to the mix. I tried to use the Samsung HM1200 in my decently quite Ford F150 on the road and...FORGET IT. Great price and functionality but the part that goes in your ear (the bud) lacks volume and the high treble needed to hear through...

Good tool to have

  • Excerpt: This is my first Bluetooth headset. I love the freedom it gives me around the house. Not entirely happy with the quality of the product, but it does the job I need it to do. I bought it on sale at about half price. I paid about what I think it's worth.
  • Pros: Connects Easily, Lightweight
  • Cons: Poor Noise Cancellation, Poor Sound

  • Excerpt: The part that goes into the ear is very uncomfortable. would have been nice if it came with accessories, like headphones so it can fit inside the ear more comfortable. I have to press it in my ear at times so I can hear what is being said even when the volume is at maximum.
  • Pros: Clear Signal, Connects Easily, Good Sound, Good Volume Control, Lightweight
  • Cons: Poor Noise Cancellation, Uncomfortable

  • Excerpt: earpiece is solid and becomes very uncomfortable after an hour of wearing it. People i'm talking to report not able to hear me if the is low noise in room with me. So radio in car is out of question unless I want to shout through entire conversation.
  • Pros: Clear Signal, Good Sound, Good Volume Control, Lightweight
  • Cons: Bulky, Short Battery Life, Uncomfortable

OK in a pinch

  • Excerpt: This bluetooth is not one of the better ones. It's comfortable, lightweight, perfect for the user of it. However, others complain I sound garbled and muffled. I bought this bluetooth after the one I was using fell into water when I was washing my hands away from home.
  • Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Easy To Use, Lightweight
  • Cons: Not Clear

  • Excerpt: works well enough for the price -- was the least expensive option offered. However, the earpiece is extremely uncomfortable, it hurts my ear. My ear still hurts for 20 minutes or so after removing the device! Wish I had spent more to get a more comfortable device.
  • Pros: Durable, Easy To Use
  • Cons: Poor distance range
