Excerpt: I have the Galaxy SIII and was hoping that 2 Samsung products would automaticly work. Although the Bluetooth connectivity is easy and the connection good, this devise fails agains Jabra in that the sound volume is very low & cannot be increased adequately. Additionally the blue tooth range is weaker than other headsets I have had. Beyond 20 ft and the signal degrades.
Pros: Clear Signal, Connects Easily, Lightweight, Long Battery Life
Excerpt: I really should not rate this product as it might bring the ratings down, but I was unable to use it as there was no way to adjust it to fit my ear. I gave it away. The price was right, but not able to benefit on the value of the product.
Summary: the firsf time i used it, it worked but after a couple of times it comes on but is not seen by any phone. Right now it doesn't even work but still comes on though. can this be fixed some how or do i get a new one? cos it has 1yr factor garantee. somebody talk to me.
Excerpt: It was not the one I wanted. However, the associates were able to offer me this product for the same cost as the other one. The clear hook earpiece is very uncomfortable around my ear. I have tried to reshape it to fit securely to no avail. I will purchase another in the near future. The sound, battery life, & connection is good.
Summary: Quite disappointed with this product, bought it as a replacement for my Motorola H17 headset as it was a bit cheaper, however the volume is poor and almost impossible to hear it ring only being alerted to a call by the caller saying 'hello', a little embarrassing when your singing along to the radio. It is a small neat design and fits comfortably in the ear if only the volume could be improved.
