Excerpt: It worked fine for the four weeks it worked. then it died, without being dropped, exposed to water, excessive heat (In Portland??), etc. Having worked before with plantronics (a stellar company) I expected a return. 45 minutes later and after giving them the names of all my cats, they still were not willing to replace it. So from now on, ALL phones and headseats will be plantronics.
Pros: Connects Easily, Good Sound
Cons: Samsung Would Not Replace, Worked Only Four Weeks
Excerpt: No one wanted to talk with me when I was using this device in the car which is the reason I bought it. It was cheap so I didn't expect perfect quality but mostly I ended up taking it off so the person on the other end could hear me. I returned it.
Excerpt: Horrible sound quality. Person you are talking to hears a constant heartbeat like background noise. Does not fit well in either mine or my husband's ears, falls out and is uncomfortable at best.
Excerpt: Gave to husband as gift and now regret it because whenever I call him my ears are subjected to a lot of weird noises. If my husband turns his head while talking to me, I hear a loud crackling noise and my ears pop. I guess you get what you pay for...but then again, I always pay very little for my Motorola earpieces and they are GREAT! They just don't last too long...1 to 2 years max.
