Not very good

fewchurpro, Staples
20 February 2014
  • Excerpt: It was a replacement headset for me. I was using a Motorola headset but it quit wanting to stay charged, so I seen this item on Christmas sale and thought id give it a try. Usually I don't like the ones that go in the ear but the price was right. Clarity was horrible, it sounded like it was muffled all the time, and everyone told me they had a very hard time hearing me. I tried it on a couple phones but same thing. I wouldn't advise buying it.
  • Pros: Connects Easily, Fits well in ear
  • Cons: Low Volume, Poor Noise Cancellation, Poor Sound, Spotty Signal

Lousy audio

31 July 2012
  • Excerpt: No one wanted to talk with me when I was using this device in the car which is the reason I bought it. It was cheap so I didn't expect perfect quality but mostly I ended up taking it off so the person on the other end could hear me. I returned it.
  • Cons: Bad Audio, Poor Interface

Horrible bluetooth

Diva Chic, Staples
14 June 2012
  • Excerpt: Horrible sound quality. Person you are talking to hears a constant heartbeat like background noise. Does not fit well in either mine or my husband's ears, falls out and is uncomfortable at best.
  • Cons: Lacks Functionality, Poor Interface

Not So Great!

Nilda-Kimchilda, Staples
13 June 2012
  • Excerpt: Gave to husband as gift and now regret it because whenever I call him my ears are subjected to a lot of weird noises. If my husband turns his head while talking to me, I hear a loud crackling noise and my ears pop. I guess you get what you pay for...but then again, I always pay very little for my Motorola earpieces and they are GREAT! They just don't last too long...1 to 2 years max.
  • Pros: Lightweight
  • Cons: Lacks Functionality, Picks up background noise, Poor Interface, Static noise output
