Summary: At the thought of sending it back, was given the complimentary experience of learning Newegg's return policy on rebated products (Had filed rebate paperwork quickly so as to make sure I got the rebate.
Pros: Great price. I have an email from Samsung saying the rebate is processed, confident I'll receive it.
Cons: Sound quality must be bad. Connected to computer thru bluetooth dongle, sound on my end is fine, but 100% of people I've called complain about the sound of our connection (Google voice).
Pros: Price. It talks to you when you turn it on, off, pair it, etc. The charger for it uses the same connector as HTC and Motorola use for cell phones, so even if you hate the earpiece, where else can you get a phone charger for $5?
Cons: Can't turn it up loud enough to hear well if I'm using it in a car. There isn't a lot of road noise in my Saturn, but even with this thing turned up all the way, and the phone volume up all the way, it's very hard to hear most calls. As others have mentioned, it seems to be hard to get the earpie...
Summary: I have used Samsung Bluetooth headset multiple times. But this one gave me really bad experience. One month after purchase it stopped working. When I put on for charging, it indicates that the headset is charged but as soon as I connect to my phone. It get switched off.
