Summary: Plastic breakable junk, Plastic breakable junk, Plastic breakable junk, Plastic breakable junk, Plastic breakable junk, It does sound good though - mine is blacked taped up and works ok for watching watching movies
Summary: The sound these headphones produce is great, I'll give them that, but they are made of a cheap plastic and less than a month after getting them, they are now broken. I just threw the box away a few days ago, so now I can't send it back for refund or exchange. The seller I bought it from requires the original packaging, and Saitek support is nowhere to be found.
Summary: I just took them off and they broke. $89 for two months use. The sound was great when you used the sound configuration software properly. Comfortable. Don't waste your money. Always read the reviews before you buy anything. I should have listened to my wife. Time to break out the superglue.
Summary: These Saiteks are the typical Chinese junk. One ear piece broke off right out of the package. They're just plastic junk. Snapped off just trying to put it over my ears. Tried Superglueing it back together, not worth the shipping cost to return them. The Logitechs put these to shame. The mic is poor quality and lousy for others to have to listen to during game chat. Very sorry I wasted my money.
Summary: I ordered this headset in order to see if the reviews are as bad as they seem and I have to admit, they're on target as this headset was an extreme showdown. Saitek has lived up to its name as a low priced alternative to just about any external PC component like keyboards, audio devices, mice and such. It's also become synonymous with unreliable as they are cheap.
