Summary: I consider myself something of an audiophile as I listen to something in the region of 3-4 hours of music a day. I have owned every mid-high end brand under the sun and first became interested in the 850s as my in-ear of choice is the RHA model (which are fantastic not just for the money but for way in excess of that). The 850s I first tried in Comet with a series of other on-ear 'phones and was pleased to include the 850s in my top 3.
Summary: After buying a pair for my dad at Christmas, I liked them so much I decided to get myself a set! They are light weight, compact and the sound is excellent. I particularly like the detachable cable as they can be stored without having a tangled wire. Good quality headphones overall. I have read that people might find them uncomfortable or don't fit properly but I beg to differ.
Summary: These headphones are smaller than the images make them out to be (on-ear not over-ear) but I have never heard better sound from a pair of headphones. Crystal clear audio whether listening to rock/metal or classical these really are first rate. don't bother looking at other, more expensive headphones these are the only pair you will ever need. As for comfort, my head is on the large side sadly but these are much more comfortable than I expected.
Summary: I love the even balance between bass and treble, good bass but not too much. I also found these headphones, tight and uncomfortable to wear at first, yet loved the sound and wanted to like them. The clear yet punchy sound is to my liking, even on low volume they still have a big sound, I also liked the fact they are British engineered and design.
Summary: I bought these cans with the longer cable. The shorter cable great for travel, longer for home use. They are quite small, but a sturdy build. Sound quality is very good. The cable detaches (mini-jack at each end, which means no longer having to dump the phones when the sound starts cutting out due to cable malfunction. Very happy with my purchase, and at a great price.
Style and substance - very impressive and excellent value

Summary: Their lightweight/compact design is convenient for everyday use and they sound absolutely brilliant - much better than you would expect from a <£50 set of headphones. Contrary to some reviews I do think they offer good noise isolation, and their finish is both stylish and (appears) durable - I particularly like the braided jack-lead which is a great idea. My only criticism is that they are a little uncomfortable as the ear-cups don't rotate.
Summary: After years of using small, in-ear earphones I decided I wanted a change and started looking for on and over-ear headphones. As many will know, there is a huge selection of earphones and headphones available on the market and so my final choice wasn't taken lightly. I'll be the first to admit that I hadn't heard of RHA before and was maybe a little sceptical at first.
Summary: I ordered these headphone and then read the review that they were uncomfortable so I was slightly worried! However they are extremely well padded are fully adjustable; they fit me very well and remain comfortable even after wearing them for a number of hours. I think they look great and its an added bonus that they are extremely lightweight. The sound quality is amazing across all ranges and the noise cancellation is very high.
Summary: I used to use Sennheiser HD-202's which are great but there are enough annoyances with them that I didn't want another pair when the previous ones succumbed to the daily abuse of a commute. I started to use a pair of AKG's I had lying around but in the end I got sick of the muted, muddy sound and the cheap construction and the that poor sound quality , in the end, drove me nuts and I decided to splash out.
Summary: From the headphone image, the headphones look quite large but on the contrary are delightfully light and snugly fitting. The sound quality is amazing - so much depth to the music I'm hearing beats to the music that I've never heard before! I can't go back to my old headphones, now as the music quality just doesn't compare. They handle all music types well, electronic comes out especially strong.
