Summary: Got these to replace RHA's 600i buds - which I *hated*. Fortunately these share none of the junior model's shortcomings. They have strong, deep, accurate bass, a flat, pleasant midrange and reasonable treble extension, although at noticeably reduced levels. The result is a warm, natural soundstage with just enough of the extreme high-end to provide some necessary detail and sense of space. The fit is good, although not perfect.
Summary: Before the RHA, I was using the Klipsch S4i. I used to love the Klipsch, however one channel went out. So I picked up the RHA. The sound quality is amazing, even compared to the Klipsch, which isn't a bad headphones. The Bass could be a bit more, but it's Ok. Lows are amazing, highs and kids are swell. Plus, you can lay on your side with these. However every headphone needs a weakness. For me it's the comfort. After the Klipsch's oval ear tips, these are horrible.
Summary: Compared to the 600i that I also have the 750i has a flatter sound but still kicks in the bass department and doesn't get harsh with the treble. The ear loop is also soft quite comfortable compared to other earbuds that use a memory wire to keep the loop. This set is a little heavier than the 600i but nothing too drastic and it stays in place quite well, even during movement. I do find the cable a tiny bit unwieldy but it's still very manageable and seems quite durable.
About two weeks ago, I was selected to be a member of a review program that RHA was holding for their MA600 and MA750 IEMs. I had not heard any of RHA’s IEMs at that point and was only vaguely familiar with them and their growing reputation. However, I could not miss out on the potential opportunity to receive a free pair of earphones, so I nominated myself and a friend for the program. He and I both received a pair of MA750 for review.
Summary: First, I’d like to say a big thanks to the RHA team for generously arranging the review competition and for choosing H20Fidelity and I. To be perfectly honest, I hadn’t heard of RHA before this year, when I saw some reviews of their products on Head-Fi. From what I read, the MA750 that we were sent is currently their flagship, followed by their MA600.
Pros: Great Bass. Nice Packaging & Accessories, Excellent Value
Summary: Contrary to my intentions of reviewing these when I first got them (similar to my other reviews), I was forced to wait 2 months from their date of arrival. I've found this to be ideal, as it kept me from writing before getting to know the headphones first, especially since I was coming from a longtime close friendship with the RE0s. Here goes...
Pros: That bass (warm and round, it's a massage to my inner ear), detailed, no edges, technically fantastic, relaxing
Cons: Where have the mids/treble gone? No edges, polite, not exciting
Summary: The earphones are of amazing build quality, look, feel and, most importantly - sound. However, this is the first pair of the earphones with such extensive amount of rubber ear tips/buds out of the box - and none of them, except only for 1 type, fit properly. Never had a problem with any of the earphones before; when I only had 3 sizes - medium was my perfect choice with all brands. With these ones - only earplug style tips work, which is a bit disappointing.
Summary: Headphones produce excellent sound BUT I'm on my second pair and will require a third (second replacement) as the headphones are not rigid enough to wear when running in the park or if it rains (!) So keep your headphones dry as the controller is sensitive to these issues. Excellent sound quality otherwise. Would recommend for normal (passive) use such as commute to work etc.
Summary: I work in an office with two people constantly chattering at each other which I find quite annoying to listen to, so I bought these to block out some of the noise. When you play music, not soft, quiet music, but normal pop music, all noise is blocked out. However, when I listen to audiobooks or quiet music, I can still hear some background noise, including typing on the keyboard and clicking mouses.
Great in-ear headphones, a little more bass and a tiny alternation to the earbuds and it would have been all five stars
8 September 2014
Summary: Really nice earphones, although the bass is not as impressive as I was hoping. I'm using the mid-sized earbuds as they are the nearest fit but I don't find them as comfortable as I would have liked. But putting that to one side, they are really well made, solid without being too weighty and the remote is the best I've come across. So overall, great in-ear headphones, a little more bass and a tiny alternation to the earbuds and it would have been all five stars.
