Pros: 1. You can listen to music, watch movies and play games with them. It come with a mic so you can also talk to your pals. You can also do this just as well with a 5 dollar mic from and a 5 dollar pair of ear buds.
Cons: 1 It's like listening to music through one of those headphones you make with your friends as a kid with two plastic cups and a piece of string except the plastic cup telephones have better base. 2 There is no surround sound. It's no better than any other pair of headphones and the virtual surroun...
Summary: I have never been so disappointed with a Razer product in my life. I've owned a Lachesis, Taipan, and Blackwidow all of which I've loved. Yet this headset singlehandedly destroyed my faith in the future of this company.
Cons: Uncomfortable. My point of reference is a Logitech G930, and a Audio Technica M50. Both are much more comfortable. I was looking for a replacement headset for my Logitech (as it broke) and I saw the Razer at a less expensive price point. Not only is it hard to wear for extended time (something th...
Summary: Plantronics and Corsair make 7.1 USB headsets that are far better in both audio quality and ease of setup. However, Razer may have the most solid physical build quality.
Pros: Good sound quality, solid build feel, and braided cable.
Cons: Absolutely terrible software. The Razer Synapse and Razer Surround software is garbage. This headset would work amazingly well if you could just use the default dolby 7.1 drivers, but being forced to use Razer's terrible drivers absolutely ruin the headset. After hours of tweaking, I was unable t...
Cons: Randomly gets low sound pickup and now it won't pick up audio for any applications or games, such as Dark Souls or skype. Been wrestling with it all day, uninstalled and re installed drivers, nothing seems to work. This thing can't even pick up audio for its own configurer, synapse. Really stupid...
Summary: It's just like Razer Kraken beside the USB connection. Dont waste $40 to buy it, u'd rather got a normal Razer Kraken.
Pros: looks awesome and it is really comfortable to wear.
Cons: have no sound on several games such like LOL(League of Legend), Dead island, Blacklist. I tried anything that i can to solve this problem, but i failed. Now i only use it when i enjoy my music. It's useless for me now.
Summary: It's a shame to because this is otherwise a VERY NICE headset
Pros: Extremely comfortable Lightweight Good sound quality Razer Synapse support Great aesthetics
Cons: Apparently many games do not support this headset.. like Crysis 3 for example has absolutely no audio. Sniper Elite V2 audio cut out after a second and never came back. Assassins Creed 3 works fine, however. The headset works in windows, and the calibration tools also work. I spent a couple night...
Terrible headset, the apple of gaming gear (not a compliment)
Summary: Poor quality, the headset favour bass too much and vocals, high and lows also seems poor with a basic mid range focus which is terrible if you like any decent music. Gaming is okay but again favours bass too much.
