Summary: As long as you take care of them they will last. Clean the cushions after you are done to keep the sweat and oil from damaging them. Don't be bother about the fact of needing a splitter to use the mic, you can find lots of cheap ones here or other online stores for under $5 bucks.
Pros: Have had these headphones for over 6 months now so I feel comfortable on making a review. The headset takes a little getting used to, after an hour or so they may start hurting your ears but as they get used and I'm guessing the headband stretches they become really comfortable. The cord is short...
Summary: Comes with another cable that has a mic used by a smartphone. Not really useful imo. Great product, especially for the price. I was expecting a pair of mediocre headphones and was extremely and pleasantly surprised.
Pros: The headphones have great sound with nice bass, better than a $120 pair I had previously. They have good noise cancellation and fit comfortably around my ears. The 1/8" cable comes out of the headset and can be replaced should you have any tom foolery go on with it.
Cons: Doesn't have a mic nor does it come with an extended cable. The length is standard to a pair of headphones used for an mp3 player. Because of the material of the ear cups my ears get sweaty after a night of gaming.
Summary: Like I said, they sound IDENTICAL to the Studio beats, just way more comfortable.
Pros: Very Comfortable. I have big ears and they still fit around my whole ear. The Sound is pretty good, they sound just like studio beats! The Price is perfect. And they are not cheaply made, they are in very good quality!
Cons: cords are pretty short. but they are removable and you can change them out.
Summary: I tryed to plug just the mic cord into the pink port on my computer. the cord doesn't work correctly unless the headphones are also plugged in, thats why you need a headphone 3.5mm to 2x 3.5mm headphone/mic splitter. If you don't like the length of the cord you can always buy an extension cable.
Pros: The color is Green :) speakers have a type of rubber/foam thats like Really cold and feels like jello, in a good way. These are almost twice as loud as any other headphones, because the speakers are large, and because they are a little tight, but the foam/rubber makes it feel light! comes with 2 ...
Cons: the green cords are short. They are decent if useing an ipod/zune, of if you have the headphones plugged into the front of a computer. The mic is not useable on a computer. (unless you buy an audio splitter)
Summary: perfect for listening to music from phone. This kicks beat'sass!
Pros: got 1 at Thanksgiving sale (but this was not on sale at all). I dont want to throw away its box because it's amazing. Perfect head(set if you buy audio splitter)phone --> perfect purchase. Will buy more as gifts.
Cons: Pretty short cable but no problem if we have splitter cable
Summary: For people that are looking for a new headphone/headset; these are a great set. One thing to add is that headphones and other gaming peripherals such as mice and keyboards; it all comes down to user preference. For me these are a great addition to my gaming gear.
Pros: These headphones are great if you listen to music and game a lot like i do. If you prefer more bass then these are the headphones for you. My friend has some headphones that cost him about $200 and their sound quality is about the same as the Electra's. -Detaching cable -Gold plated for better co...
Cons: I have a few minor cons that don't lead to knocking off a egg for. One is that I wish that Razer included their combined audio/mic splitter so I could use the mic with my PC; but you can get one for cheaper at an electronics store such as Radio Shack. Other than that I have no further cons.
Summary: I've owned these bad boys for almost a year now, and I can confirm the quality of both the structure of the headset itself, and the internals. These things have been dropped, tossed, chewed, stepped on, you name it. They still perform and look like the day I bought them.
Pros: -GREAT sound quality -Very sturdy build quality -The most comfortable pair of headphones I've ever owned -Look sleek and sexy -Collapsible, with a removable headphone cable
Cons: -Doesn't come with the audio/mic splitter -Cable is a little short
Summary: I'd highly recommend buying here on Newegg than on the Razer site. Newegg kept everything below $60 while Razer forced a $12 tax down your throat plus shipping on the cheapest option costed around $80
Pros: These have a real snug fit to it. Audio quality is superb (don't know about audiophile standards) and the colors are beautiful.
Cons: No Razer stickers. If you didn't have an adapter to split the microphone for pc use, then you might want to invest in one. Had to use my old Moray+ adapter which worked fine.
