awesome WIRED head set

christopher c., Newegg

  • Pros: the most likely reason that i will go deaf before im 30 feels like two pillows caressing your head...pillows that could if they so choose turn your inner ear inside out. (would that be right side in?..) either way they rock.
  • Cons: for the price i feel like i should have gotten wireless

Inline mic requires adapter to use with PC, mic died within 4 months

Richard C., Newegg
1 July 2012
  • Pros: Great sound, nice look, comfortable
  • Cons: Won't work on a PC without an adapter. There are many adapters that look like they should work, but won't. Finally found what I needed on (that online store named after the big river in South America) for just a few dollars shipped, or you can spend $15 for Razer's overpriced splitter. THEN the i...

Alright not good

Man D., Newegg
14 February 2012
  • Summary: Bought this to listen to music on the go at school with my iphone. It's great if you just use it at home. Sound isn't as good as my Carcharias with leatherette cusion. If you're considering these for music on the go, don't get it.
  • Pros: loud, bass was awesome, sound might be crisp, good design, detachable wires, solid built
  • Cons: Too Big!! Get warm easily

Not really worth it

Anonymous, Newegg

  • Summary: Razer is a good brand, but these headphones just aren't for everyone. If your ears are super tiny and you don't mind looking like a space alien in public, then these are for you.
  • Pros: Detachable cable with a useful locking mechanism. Two cables, one with an inline mic. Very lightweight. Sound quality is okay (see cons)
  • Cons: These are supposed to be "circumaural" which means they completely enclose your ears, but instead they sit on top of them; this causes the lower half of your ear to become very sore quickly and causes sound to leak out very badly and everyone can hear what you're listening to. Wearing these for l...

Very cool

Andrew F., Newegg
14 November 2011
  • Summary: Ive used them for about an hour, maybe there are more pros.
  • Pros: Good bass, fits comfy. Sounds much better then my old headset. The color doesn't bother me.
  • Cons: Ears get hot. The highs don't seem to be loud enough. I think this was a little over priced. There are no controls on the wires and the two cords it comes with are very short. Only reason they work for me is becuse I plug my headphones into my speakers.

Mr. Piotr B. Lozynski, Amazon
14 June 2014
  • Summary: Heaphones are okay but it is supposed to be gaming product and microphone is absolute crap, unless you somehow tape it close to your mouth it is useless.

Uncomfortable but have some pretty nice sound quality!

Chris Thompson, Amazon
1 May 2014
  • Summary: I picked these up on sale (£30!) because I needed a single 3.5mm jack headset for gaming on my laptop, being Razer I assumed they would have an inbuilt microphone and was underwhelmed by the extra lead provided which came with an in-line mic (the kind you get on earphones that enable you to talk in...

  • Summary: For me i haven't fully tested it out, i was looking for a nice feeling headset since my ears always touch the back which then causes rubbing so that why for me i didnt give them a full test but forom what i got sound is nice and clear. Also bass isn't distorted
