Good, has lasted 3 years of daily use.

Paul H. Sorlie, Amazon
10 November 2014
  • Summary: After owning this headset for almost 3 years, I have to review it. I used this on Xbox for the first year, and on PC for the next 2. Pros: This headset fits my smaller head nicely, and the comfort has never been an issue. The sound isn't exactly audiophile quality, but it's a gaming headset. However the audio bass boost or treble boost options work really well.

Tight

Caleb Stovall, Amazon
12 October 2014
  • Summary: Great headset, it looks amazing. Many reviews complain about it being flimsy but it seems to be of sturdy construction. The base stand / charger is an amazing idea and I love it. The microphone really is to sensitive though, I have it adjusted all the way low and my voice still seems loud over Xbox live. The headset does cause me comfort issues though. I never forget I am wearing it and after an hour of gameplay I get a headache; no matter how I adjust it.

Confortable and well made

Willian Bueno, Amazon

  • Summary: I have liked a lot the sound quality of this earphone after some tweaks and adjustments at XBOX Configuration Menu. It's weel made and confortable to wear (by the way, I do not agree with some reviews regarding not fitting on big heads...I use Large Bike helmets for a refference and this earphone has suited me well).

Decent

Frederick T., Newegg
2 November 2012
  • Summary: To the last reviewer ....Rage harder that your an idiot. No one especially a supervisor from Newegg yelled at you. Also no one told you that you could order them try them on and return them for a while refund when at the on the products description it clearly states. Please do not blame others for your stupidity.
  • Pros: As others have stated these are great wireless headphones. The sound is very very good. I use these occasionally and only got them due to them being wireless.
  • Cons: After awhile they give me a headache, not so much to being uncomfortable but they are kind of tight on my dome.

  • Summary: This is the 1st gaming headset iv really put someone money into, now here are the pros and cons: Pros: GREAT sound Range is more than shown on box - (about 50ft for me) Amazing quality Very comfortable Cons: Heavy Jacks on the dock, are 1mm too big, (seems to be common) No sound cables included for computer for money this is a good headset, but i dont know for $109.99, it seems a little to much for what your getting, its great to have the freedom, but, for $109.99 i wish...

Works With Both PC and Xbox (mostly)

G33kman, Amazon
23 December 2011
  • Summary: I'm both and Xbox 360 and PC gamer so I needed a headset that would work for both. After a disappointing attempt with the Turtle Beach XP400s, I figured I'd give the Razer Chimaera 5.1 a try. In short, it does the job well but I needed some extra accessories and there were some quirks and cons to deal with. I'm giving it a 4/5 because of that. Below are the details: Feature Highlights: - AAA Rechargable Batteries.
