Don't buy Razer

Summary: Very expensive product that was defective. Won't purchase another item from this manufacture again. I needed its use and rather than deal with the month long process of a return and go to a store and purchase a wireless set I had my tech fix the housing for the audio in.
Summary: Bought the product almost two years ago - after two mounght it caught fire during the night while on it's pod. Defective battery happen one may say, and it was properly replaced by Razer (after two more mounths).
Summary: Headsets don't last. They have a defect where the volume continues to drop. Razer customer service is also awful and don't help at all. They swapped my headsets with refurbished ones, the wireless tower came in damaged, and the headsets after 3 weeks, continues to have the volume problem.
Summary: Generally I have been happy with Razer products but this was a disappointment.
Pros: none really
Cons: First one was almost DOA, worked for an hour. Customer service was good and sent me a 2nd right away. The 2nd worked for about 2 months, with very little problems now cuts out every few seconds... completely useless at this point.
Summary: Purchased these at a good price, but they arrived defective. I understand this happens, but I couldn't get a replacement pair. I got a refund, but I still want a working pair. So now I'll have to pay a higher price because Amazon wouldn't back order a replacement pair until restocked.
Summary: I have been very dissatisfied with my Chimaera Wireless Gaming Headset. I did not get the 5.1 version because it was the easiest to set up with my Xbox 360. It is in my opinion completely unusable. The chat volume of other players are far too quite to be heard.
Summary: First of all, this is the Stereo headset, NOT the 5.1 that for whatever reason people are reviewing on here. Bought two of these, set up the bases and the trouble already begins. I noticed the RCA to 3.5mm cable that plugs into the base station is loose.
Summary: Totally dissatisfied. Boxing up to return to seller. Interferes with Xbox wifi connection. The Chimaera headset base transmitter operates at 2.4GHz, which is the same band as my wifi, which is used by the Xbox for Xbox Live. The Xbox is near the TV.
