Summary: Purchased these at a good price, but they arrived defective. I understand this happens, but I couldn't get a replacement pair. I got a refund, but I still want a working pair. So now I'll have to pay a higher price because Amazon wouldn't back order a replacement pair until restocked. Very disappointing for my son and me.
Summary: First of all, this is the Stereo headset, NOT the 5.1 that for whatever reason people are reviewing on here. Bought two of these, set up the bases and the trouble already begins. I noticed the RCA to 3.5mm cable that plugs into the base station is loose. So I tried it on the other base, loose there as well. The base stations connector ports are too large for the 3.5mm cable that included and meant to be plugged in.
Summary: When this came in I was very excited because it been several days since my cat peed on my headset. I set it up and intalled all the wires(wireless) and it would not sync. I tried again, no luck. after rereading all the doucmentation and searching the site there was no way to get help. My dad came home and took it to his computer and it worked for him. So I had him bring it to my computer and we (he) could not get it to sync.
Summary: ...of getting a headset for gaming if you can hear better from the TV speakers?! This headset may look fancy but thats about it. I took it out of the package and was shocked as to how cheap the materials are. The plastic creeks everytime you move the headset! I honestly thought that with one wrong move I would have a broken headset in my hands. The "mic-in" port was messed up.... out of the box! When I put the cable in it, I had to shimmy it around for it to work!
