Summary: I bought these headphones hoping to acquire high-end cans to actively noise cancel when necessary and have a high sound quality. The headphones met both of these requirements. Although the noise canceling is better in Bose QC15, these headphones have a sound quality much higher, especially with the in-built amplifier turned on. I did however hope to be able to wear these cans for longer periods of time (at least a couple of hours), when working.
Summary: Pros: - Great sound - solid construction - Good noise cancelling capability Cons: - ouch Let me explain that last one. I'm 5f 11 with normal size ears (I've asked around, done the research) yet the ear cups do not fully enclose my ears, causing physical pain. Don't get me wrong, I loved these headphones for the sound quality (great amp/noise cancelling features) but that means nothing if I end up having to constantly feel the need to readjust the cups to stop the pain.
Summary: These headphones have a fantastic sound. The active noise cancellation is decent but needs work - there is a strange static noise at times. The build quality is bad - the left speaker died after only two months which is unacceptable at this price. The headphones are mainly made out of plastic and the cover to the battery compartment is a little bit flimsy in my opinion. Cables could be better (should have volume control).
Great sound. Terrible comfort. Not worth your money.

Summary: Oh. Goodness. tl;dr These are too tight if you're head is large, and too heavy if you're on the small side. Stay away, they can only be worn for about 2 hours a day with acceptable discomfort. Additionally: just realised that amazon.com won't mark these as bought even though I got them from the amazon.co.uk site. Oh well. Check that site for this same review if you want. Where to begin? Well, these really are dreamy headphones.
