Summary: Paired up with a Galaxy S2 Skyrocket. I love the fact that this headset uses micro usb and also has the ability to use a2dp [stereo music] on the BT.
Pros: Wonderfully quality on both the listener & speaker end. Listeners do not even know I am on a headset. This is one of the top headsets out there. There's a million and one reviews proving that as well.
Cons: Hurts my ear a bit, and I am getting headaches. [I took a star away only because of this. In the past with low quality earbuds didn't brother me that much to compare pain levels. The pain isn't right away, but after a short endurance it begins to hurt quite a bit.]
Pros: Easy to set up. I like the fact it lets you know how much talk time you have left after each call. Noise cancellation is excellent. I used it with my windows down on the interstate and the person on the other end couldn't tell.
Cons: It can be hard to hear other people sometimes even at the highest volume setting. From what I can tell this has more to do with the person calling than the unit.
Summary: Had the non-Pro model of this unit for well over a year and liked it quite a bit. Had to replace it due to it's total failure to support the weight of a Ford Taurus. Pfft! Lost a star right there... ;) I'm told by my callers the voice quality and noise reduction are quite good.
Pros: Clear sound, not heavy, good battery life, 30 smackers cheaper than I paid the first time.
Cons: Will not support the weight of a Ford Taurus, won't stream music from my Samsung Mesmerize.
Summary: NewEgg always has lower price then any local electronic store. Shipping is fast. I bought a lot of stuff from Newegg.
Pros: Battery level appears on my iphone 4. Audio stream is awesome. Very easy to use. User manual is helpful.
Cons: It starts hurting my ear after 20mins I put on. Volume can be improved. I could barely hear what people say when I was driving. I returned it after using it for couple weeks and got a Discovery 975 instead. It would be perfect if the 975 had the fuctions of Voyager with right volume level.
Pros: Worked pretty well when I first got it. People could hear me clearly and I could hear them clearly
Cons: It just stopped working a few weeks ago. It will not take a charge for some reason. It has been treated gently and cared for well, it just stopped working. If you look them up on the plantronics website there are a lot of other people who had the same issue.
