Summary: I don't know what to tell you on the "HD" part. I have used other bluetooth sets and they sound the same. It is sensitive, I do remote support in a shop-like environment, and sometimes the customer says something about the background conversations/noises.
Pros: Well fitting, easy to connect, good charge time. Can update via the java app, but no update has ever come out since purchase.
Cons: Disconnects alot, just idle or while in middle of conversation. I have to re-aquire link for stable connection(with company provided iphone 4). Sound becomes wavy even though the phone is 2 feet away on a desk, seems easily interfered with. Works well with my Samsung note, doesn't seem to drop off connection unless too far away.
Summary: Production function smoothly. But I can not connect to it on my laptop. The product speaks Chinese. At various commands. So I think this is a copy? I've been on since the Plantronics to download a program that can get products to provide English speaking. But my laptop can not find the Plantronics Voyager Pro.
Summary: Product not as intuitive as many. Also had a lot of static. I may have just gotten a bad one. Reception was also just okay and the noise canceling again mediocre. Mind you I stepped down from blue any and Bose and bought from mass reseller versus factory new. But those are my thoughts.
Good buy if you only have one phone, no plan to use it with computer
12 January 2014
Summary: I bought this because I want to use it with my cell phone, and want pair it with my computer at times as Bluetooth headset. --Pros: * Good battery life so far, both standby and talk * Fits on ear pretty good, not easy to move or fall off * Works well with one phone --Cons: * It came as open-box instead of refurbished package for me * It gets confused easily when you have both the cell and computer connected, it can only automatically connect to phone most of the time, I...
Excerpt: his started out working OK. The ear bud was uncomfortable but after a while it became tolerable. However the bud did break after a month of use. The volume is a little low and it is very tight around the ear. It is like wearing a hearing aid. This makes it a little difficult when wearing glasses at the same time.
Pros: Connects Easily, Lightweight, Long Battery Life
Excerpt: Sound quality: Not so good. It sounded spotty when I moved around. Disconnection: It disconnected from the phone randomly when not in used (with the headphone remained on my ear), and sometimes it cannot be reconnected. I have to turn off the phone to reset the connection. I found out later that it worked great if I toke it off from my ear when it wasn't in use. I guess the problem probably was on the "motion sensing to connect".
Pros: Fits well in ear, Lightweight, Long Battery Life, Noise Cancellation
Summary: not really High quality pricy this particular model is a Bust in the nuts for the price...I have tried different voyager products and much better this particular one is like any motoroal or any other cheap brand out there....
Summary: I bought this for my wife and tested it with my Jawbone ERA and Blueant Q2. I found the bt to have low volume and sometimes I had to ask multiple times to repeat sentences because of static or muffled voice. This didn't happen all the time. Overall a good bt with long battery life and decent call quality. Easy to put on and wear. Not as good as the Jawbone ERA as far as incoming and outgoing audio is concerned. Buy at discount price if possible.
Pros: Easy to wear Good battery life Excellent outgoing audio
Cons: Big and bulky Sometime poor incoming audio Low max volume Pricey
