Pros: Lightning delivery. Sorry for the 1 star rating I gave the seller. I didn't mean to degrade him/her. I just meant to degrade the device. No pros on this device.
Cons: I imagine if it were to work...It never charged. It worked until the battery finally went dead. I am going to ask for an RMA. I need a bluetooth for my work and I've always trusted Plantronics. This is a major fail.
Excerpt: Used to a smaller ear piece but this exceeds clarity and quality of any other I've used. Voice dial from my Motorola Max works about 90% of the time compared to about 50% with the smaller devices including: Blue Ant, Jaw Bone and smaller plantronics.
Excerpt: I just purchased this head set and I absolutely love it. The ear piece is smaller than my previous one and it seems to be lighter which I absolutely love, also I haven't had any problems with my callers telling me that I sound like I am talking out of a tin can which is a real bonus as my other one...
Excerpt: Great product.Charges on just any mini USB and the product works terrific.I didn't buy their other product because you needed a specific charger..yuck!! Who wants to make their life more complicated??Not me.This is a homerun product. Keep selling them Plantronics just the way they are
Excerpt: Great product!Love that you just need any mini USB to charge.Consumers are getting smarter not to buy products that need specific chargers. You will have consumers for life if you keep up the good work with items like this that work well and are easy to charge.
Summary: Got this device through iSave, and have no problems with them (5 eggs). The device came in retail package, no damage at all, and was shipped quickly.
Pros: Bought this for my wife... she says that it fits her ear great (she wears glasses) and that it functions great also. I note that when she calls me, it sounds like she is not using the device... sounds just like she is on the phone only. She rates it very good... and from her that means a lot. Thi...
Cons: The only con she noted is that when she tried to adjust volume once, she hit the power (and powered off) instead. She figures this problem will go away once she gets used to the configuration.
Summary: I used to own the Plantronics Voyager 510 until my lovable dog got ahold of it and chewed off the mic. That headset was a beast. No issues, worked for 4 years, great call and sound quality, easy to pair, great battery life. So I decided to stick to Plantronics and get this model. It's a pain.
Pros: Clear caller sound (when it works) People tell me I sound great (when it works) Works great when listening to music or watching videos Feels weightless on my ear. Buttons are easy to press and find
Cons: Have to use the app to function correctly (android) Sensor doesn't work right Sometimes when paired, call cannot be heard and caller cannot hear me. Battery life shorter than expected
Summary: I don't know what to tell you on the "HD" part. I have used other bluetooth sets and they sound the same. It is sensitive, I do remote support in a shop-like environment, and sometimes the customer says something about the background conversations/noises.
Pros: Well fitting, easy to connect, good charge time. Can update via the java app, but no update has ever come out since purchase.
Cons: Disconnects alot, just idle or while in middle of conversation. I have to re-aquire link for stable connection(with company provided iphone 4). Sound becomes wavy even though the phone is 2 feet away on a desk, seems easily interfered with. Works well with my Samsung note, doesn't seem to drop of...
