Good product, clarity ok but not great, battery great!

Summary: I purchased it for my business. I researched and based my decision from clarity of sound. It was received new and the charge time is great. I do have a problem with the clarity of the earpiece as the sound tends to get muddied and muffled. I don't know if it is due to this one I have or if it is al around the board. It was also supposed to work with my G2 Phone for voice commands, did the first day and then would not work with them anymore. Not sure why..
Excerpt: I had two Voyager Pros before this one. I liked the others better. The new location of the call-answer button is awkward when you are wearing the headset. The proprietary charger is annoying. I bought it because I expected it to be like the lost Plantronics headset I was replacing. I will be more careful next time I need a new headset.
Summary: A good Bluetooth with nice features, but the volume isn't as good as the Motorola I had. Sometimes when I answer a call the Bluetooth doesn't pick up right away, I have to manually push the headset button on my phone although I can hear the ring through the Bluetooth, which means it's connected. Still don't know why that happens. Overall I'm satisfied with my purchase.
