Good product, clarity ok but not great, battery great!

Summary: I purchased it for my business. I researched and based my decision from clarity of sound. It was received new and the charge time is great. I do have a problem with the clarity of the earpiece as the sound tends to get muddied and muffled. I don't know if it is due to this one I have or if it is al around the board. It was also supposed to work with my G2 Phone for voice commands, did the first day and then would not work with them anymore. Not sure why..
Excerpt: I had two Voyager Pros before this one. I liked the others better. The new location of the call-answer button is awkward when you are wearing the headset. The proprietary charger is annoying. I bought it because I expected it to be like the lost Plantronics headset I was replacing. I will be more careful next time I need a new headset.
Summary: A good Bluetooth with nice features, but the volume isn't as good as the Motorola I had. Sometimes when I answer a call the Bluetooth doesn't pick up right away, I have to manually push the headset button on my phone although I can hear the ring through the Bluetooth, which means it's connected. Still don't know why that happens. Overall I'm satisfied with my purchase.
Excerpt: I'm a truck driver and this headset did work good and was comfortable on my ear. However it quit charging after 3 months and of course I didn't keep my receipt so therefore radio shack said I couldn't return it. Keep your receipt if you buy this headset.
Excerpt: This headset came recommended with high praises, so I was somewhat disappointed with the product when I was learning how to use it. I mainly use my headset for work on days that I telecommute. It has to connect through my laptop to our phone systems. It isn't the most compatible option with our phone systems - which is the main source of frustration.
Good device, wish I had paid more and bought from a store be better quality

Summary: It's ok... The cost of this device is significantly less than buying it in the store which is what I was looking for, however it does not seem to be directly from the manufacturer. The item comes in an envelope with the entire instruction manual printed on a single piece of paper. The device does not respond or work with the manufacturer's drivers when installed on a PC.
Excerpt: I purchased this Bluetooth about three weeks ago and have worn it daily. It really stands out against your face and the ear piece is a little uncomfortable. I have tried the smallest ear bud that it came with and have had to constantly switch ears to prevent the one from becoming unbearably sore. The announce caller feature is great, as well as the feature that automatically connects when you place the Bluetooth on your ear, as long as the Bluetooth is turned on.
Summary: When you put on the headset while making a call, it switches from phone audio to headset audio. Good, I like that. When you put the headset back on your desk it switches back to phone audio. Good. The problem is that it does not switch all of your other iPhone audio back to the iPhone. For instance, if I put the headset down on my desk and walk in the other room and try to use SIRI, the audio is still connected to the headset. Not good.
