Worked great for a time

Pros: The overall quality of the product was very good for many months. It is also very comfy with the several ear sizes the headset comes with.
Cons: After about 9 months, the headset was reduced to either weak transmitting cell phone service quality or was overwhelmed by static as commented upon by recipients of calls. Receiving audio quality remained high throughout.
Excerpt: This headset works very well, good sound excellent range and great features. The fit, in my case, is not good. Too much bulk behind the ear, does not feel secure and placement of controls is not great..Buttons are hard to find, and you have a tendency to dislodge headset when pushing them.
Excerpt: I had two Voyager Pros before this one. I liked the others better. The new location of the call-answer button is awkward when you are wearing the headset. The proprietary charger is annoying. I bought it because I expected it to be like the lost Plantronics headset I was replacing.
Excerpt: This headset came recommended with high praises, so I was somewhat disappointed with the product when I was learning how to use it. I mainly use my headset for work on days that I telecommute. It has to connect through my laptop to our phone systems.
Excerpt: I purchased this Bluetooth about three weeks ago and have worn it daily. It really stands out against your face and the ear piece is a little uncomfortable. I have tried the smallest ear bud that it came with and have had to constantly switch ears to prevent the one from becoming unbearably sore.
Excerpt: This Plantronic device fits well on and in the ear without falling out. Talk time is great. The problem that has just started after owning it for a couple weeks is having to keep resetting it for the commands. I have had to reset it a couple times a day for the last two days.
Pros: Comfortable, Good Value, Stays Charged Longer, Stays In My Ear
Excerpt: Love the functionality, it works with both my PC Softphone and iphone 5. The only complaint is that it is a little uncomfortable with my glasses. The audio quality is so so, but you can hear fine it is just not as clean as my Bose heaadset.
Summary: Plantronics Voyager Legend is the best Headset if you really want to invest on some good Bluetooth headset. It has sensors which really works best in any condition. The only problem i'm facing is that i have to connect it manually as it doesn't get connected to my OnePlus One automatically.
