Pros: Long Battery Life, Clear Commands, Simple Operations
Cons: Sound quality not as good as the more expensive brands. Its very large. Putting in my front pocket when not in use sometimes hits button. Not a perfect fit. Dont know why it failed. But it failed within a week of getting it. Bad quality.
Summary: The headset will intermittently drop the connection to the phone leaving you scrambling for the phone and magically the connection re establishes which is the icing on the cake. Seems to happen around 3-4 minutes and reconnects after about 30 seconds. I'm seeing others complain about the same issue with Samsung Galaxy Note, IPHONE 5, and now my LG MS770. All are new phones. All I believe have bluetooth 4.0 which may be the issue.
Summary: We got this for my husband so he could use both phones without issues. It works great for two weeks and than just stops working. Best buy has replaced it 4 times and it broke again today. We will never buy another one.
Pros: We needed a phone that could be paired with both my husbands phones. It works good for two weeks and than stops working.
Cons: Stops working after 2 weeks of use. For what we paid it should last forever!
Summary: It constantly disconnects from my phone, Galaxy Note, never says if it reconnects, the volume is too low on the voice prompts to hear in the car, the call volume can not be turned up as needed to hear a caller in the car, it does not answer the phone when I press the button to answer, the buttons are in the wrong place and cause you to click the wrong one, I have hang up on more calls than answered because of this.
Summary: I had the Plantronics Discovery for almost 3 years. Great service. No problems except I almost lost it several times. It was so comfortable, I would not notice if it fell out of my ear. So I went for the Voyager Legend thinking the design would be more secure on my ear. Well, it is, but it is hard to get on my ear...and then when I get it on, it sounds like it "shorts' out. It has great battery life, but it is "shorting" out so often that I am hating it now.
Pros: It was so easy to set up. No brainer. Great battery life.
Cons: After about 1 year, it is dropping calls and losing sync. Sounds like it is shorting out.
Summary: I'm on my 2nd Voyager Legend and I HATE myself for actually buying two! The first one worked GREAT - oh ya, just great - for about 3 weeks. Then it just stopped working. Being that I use it every DAY for business and I was in a hurry, I thought, "It must be a fluke. I'll just go buy another one and call the manufacturer to get my money back." Of course they jacked me around and I didn't get my money back! Then the 2nd one works great.. this time for maybe, 2 weeks.
Summary: When if first bought the Legend it worked great and had good features people could hear me and I could here them. Then one day no one could here me. I did a delete and re-pair and it worked about 5 minutes. I bought a HTC One and is paired, but again no one could hear me plainly. Other reviewers are having similar experiences.
