Summary: There were just so many issues with this product that it was simply unfit for the purpose of a PC headset, so I have returned it as defective.

Summary: Do not buy this product, I purchased less than 1year ago from Best Buy the device disconnects from my Samsung Galaxy 4 during inbound and outbound calls. I contacted the company for support the refurbished has the same problem and support is beyond poor. Could not give a rating low enough!
Couldn't pair with any phone. It was not in original packaging.

Summary: When I received the headset, it would not connect with my phone, or my wife's phone, or my iPad. There was definitely something wrong with the unit. It claimed to be new, but it was just in a plastic bag and not in any professional looking packaging when I received it. It probably is a good unit but had to send this one back.
Summary: I have owned over 15 Bluetooth in the past 10 plus years. This product was the worst. It did not seem bad to me but everyone told me that they hear the wind and they cannot hear me talk. It was suppose to have noise canceling features but it is no better than a $10 unit.
