Summary: Bought a $20 headset from walmart thats just as comfortable but less hassle connection. Basically a highly priced bluetooth that doesnt do its job well at all.
Pros: Very comfortable...thats about it
Cons: Pairs very poorly with a PC (alienware m15x) sound quality is good but the transmission is very poor. Bought this for the sole purpose for having a wireless headset for gaming on my laptop (skype, VOIP and game chat)
Summary: Highly recommend these if you are on the phone all day.
Pros: Work well and comfortable. Our CSRs wear these all day, every day and they love them. Batteries last all day (8 hr shifts) on a charge. Base unit works great with our VoIP phones.
Cons: Out of 7 or 8 we've purchased, only one went bad with a base unit that produced a horrible echo. Had to replace one ear piece due to the rechargable battery no longer holding a charge, but these get used hard and get charge cycled daily.
Summary: Not a con but might be just an automated packing error, but documentation states it was to come with three gel ear bits along with the other "foam covered" ear bits.
Pros: Great sound quality and paired quickly with my BlackBerry Bold 9000. Comfortable enough to wear all day on either ear almost forget I have it on. Land Line Base makes for a great charge stand and really helps with keeping my desktop clear of clutter.
Pros: we'll have to wait and see. being paired with Blackberry Bold (9000)
Cons: I feel sick, paid for functionality I have not use for can can't return or cancel my order. By the time I saw the headset alone with out the stand it was to late. $190 when I could of gotten just the headset for $60ish
Summary: I have ordered the 520 and we will see if it's better.
Pros: Very loud, good clear microphone, easy to pair. This headset I bought on a wim and turned out to be the clearest of 3 that I currently own. I'm using a Samsung i910 and this headset is much clearer and louder than my 2 Jabra headsets (5020 and 2020).
Cons: The battery doesn't last long. On an average day I can only use this headset for between 3-4 hours of talk. No USB charger or car charger. I hate the way you activate voice dial with this thing, it's very touchy, about 50% it doesn't work. Might just be my phone.
Summary: Good Price, and as always, Thank You NEW EGG!!
Pros: Works a lot further than 30 ft. This is a great setup. I use it with an Avaya phone, in a call center. The average talk time is 4-5 hours, I bought an extra headset, they both pair easily. Volume is superb, just like anything, the lower your volume on the headset, the longer the battery will last...
Cons: Wished the battery lasted longer in the headset.
Summary: If you are on the phone for any length of time, this is a great addition! I have neck problems and this has eliminated all my pain!!
Pros: The noise reduction part of it works wonders, i work in a hig traffic area and the users on the other end hear nothing. I can wear the head set all day and it doesn't hurt. It switches fast and easy from your desk phone to your cell phone. The sound quality is great. I am on the phone all day and...
Cons: I have been using it for over 3 months and still have NO cons!!
Summary: Overall, this product did excactly what I needed. I have a headset at my desk for conference calls. It's very easy to turn on, switch between desk phone and cell phone with the button on top of the base.
Pros: Noise supression, easy BlueTooth connectivity, fast switching from desk phone to cell phone, clear audio, wide volume range, dual charging options (cradle or wall outlet), comfortable in ear with correct earpiece.
Cons: Still trying to figure out the buttons...but I need to read the manual!
Pros: The best sound qaulity on the market, I have owned at least 15 differnt headsets and this one tops them all by far.
Cons: I only wish it would stay connected to my LG 8700 phone. This is the 2nd one I've had (sent to me free of charge from Plantronics because the 1st one had the same problem. Some days it will drop the bluetooth all day and but most days it just occurs occasionally usually right after answering a ca...
