Excerpt: I make calls for a living so I needed something comfortable, but didn't want something too bulky. This is sleek, light weight and very comfortable (after you get used to it the first few days). The controls on the head set work well, but if you wear it on the left ear they are reversed (volume up you have to push down) not a big deal. Range is good. I could even walk outside and still get good reception no wind canceling though.
Pros: Clear Reception, Comfortable headset, Easy to set up, Range
For the right environment this can be a worthwhile investment

Summary: If you have the right business phone (requires special cable that can be ~$50), softphone & bluetooth phone to connect to, this provides a nice looking, long distance (300'), quality connection with the flexibility to support the 3 connections. An example would be using the (not included) special cable for an Avaya business desk phone, + a USb to skype on pc, + bluetooth to cell that is sitting in your charging cradle----(this is NOT for use outside the base range so...
Summary: The W740 and the W745 are by far the best headsets I have ever used. I have it hooked to my cell, my VoIP phone and to my computer all at the same time. If you spend 5min to read the manual, I guarantee you will use every feature of this headset. It comes with various attachments, so you have many choices how to wear it. I have tried many and this is the ONE.
Excerpt: I work from home and my "office phone" is through my computer. I needed a wireless headset that would allow me to walk around my house during conference calls. I've been on so many back to back calls, that lunch became non-existent. This allows me to run to the kitchen to grab something to eat and still keep up with my calls. Also a plus that I can use it with my iPhone via bluetooth.
Excerpt: I use this daily as my work headset. I can easily move around our entire office without losing connection (close to the 300+ foot range). Works perfect with my Polycom IP-450, Samsung GSII, and my SIP Soft Phone (SSP) and switching is a button away. The biggest con is that you have to buy an expensive cable to use EHS (Electronic Hook Switch) with Polycom IP phones.
Summary: I have had this device for about 30 days it works fantastic four what it was designed to do. That is answer my cell phone my landline phone and interact with my computer. It works great with Dragon Naturally Speaking. If I was able to change one thing that would be to switch devices using the headset and not the handset. I did have one occasion to call for technical support with this company and found them to be helpful and pleasant.
