Excerpt: Great device, I can use my desk phone, cell phone and Skype and move between seamlessly from controls on the headset. If needed I can put a desk call on hold and answer my cell phone. Taking calls from any part of our 10,000 sf building.
Pros: Clear Reception, Durable, Easy Controls, Range
Excerpt: I use this headset at the office, the company supplies me a phone but with this headset I can now take notes while on a call without having to pause to pick up a pen. I've seen a 20%-30% efficiency in the office and I can complete more activities and phone calls than I did without the headset.
Summary: This is for Platronics Savi W720 purchased in February 2015. I love this product! I use it for my regular office telephone (handset) and my iPhone 5. I do not use it for my computer, at least not yet. With respect to the telephone handset, I paired it with the Platronics HL10 (receiver) lifter.
Summary: Plantronics slapped a DECT reciever into a cheap mono headset and jacked the price by about $200. It is a total rippoff. For $240 I was expecting a premium quality headset, and with DECT vs. bluetooth I was expecting high quality wideband audio.
Cons: Audio quality that is on par with bluetooth HSP 8khz mono profile, but at about 200 times the price of a bluetooth headset. Not only that, but the USB headset portion appears as a mono headset on my computer. The sound quality is absolutely terrible.
Very nice item and solid vendor; a magnetic docking station would earn a 5th star

Summary: Flawless delivery. It seems to be exactly as presented. I used my previous Plantronics h'set for ~5 years until I committed headset homicide when, trying to grab it as it slid my desk- I snapped the skull piece.
Pros: Crystal clear sound on phone calls, and binaural design allows for decent (although not perfect) noise cancellation. Easy to switch between landline and PC sound sources. Because of the price I hesitated for months before buying this, but I'm glad I did. I'm on the phone for 6 hours a day and cou...
Cons: Sound quality not great for music, via the PC bluetooth connection. If I could listen to music between calls this would be perfect.
Excerpt: I am a fulltime telecommuter, so all of my work is remote/virtual office work and I am on the phone 5+ hours of each day. This setup is GREAT - I can use it via BlueTooth, Microsoft Lync or my phone line and they all work equally as well.Nothing really bad to say about it, the thing simply works and...
