Lou, Staples
26 December 2014
  • Excerpt: Whole experience from ordering to installation was simple. Product was ad matched with the option of store or home delivery. Received an e- mail when item arrived at store. Installation was fast and easy. Clarity was VERY good at both ends. Having conference calls often, this item will be quite nice. I would recommend purchasing this item.

Frustrated with poor quality!

nicki987, Plantronics
25 April 2014
  • Excerpt: I have had to go through at least 5-6 of the S12 headsets in the past year, as the over-the-head piece (where the metal portion gets inserted into the plastic sleeve keeps breaking after almost minimal use. The quality of the plastic used is pretty pathetic! I have also had a couple of the headsets on my team where the connectivity wire seems to have snapped inside and is not easy to get to be fixed easily.

Long Lasting & Reliable

Dixey3, Plantronics
10 February 2014
  • Excerpt: I bought mine in a store almost 10 years ago.  At the time, the cost was $100.  I use it 5 days per week, 10 hours per day.  The sound is clear and the unit has lasted without any signs of it failing.  I love it.  If the one I have ever breaks, I will certainly buy another one.

Not hands free

Jodie, Office Depot
11 November 2013
  • Excerpt: I returned this product immediately. It says "hands free" however, it's not. You have to lift the phone from the cradle when you answer, therefore, you're tethered to your desk. I consider "hands free" being mobile to move freely around office, pressing the button on the ear piece to answer and disconnect calls.
