Excerpt: I am impressed with Plantronics. I have had other Plantronic products, and you get top quality. The headset is comfortable to wear, and has good sound quality. I like that I can adjust the sound volume and location of the voice bar.
Excerpt: I was looking for an earpiece to allow a more hands-free environment. I checked out the various options at Staples.com such as Bluetooth and other headsets. I was leaning toward the Bluetooth option since our office phone system allows it.
Pros: Easy To Set Up, Easy to Use, Efficient, Reliable
Excerpt: ONE OF THE OFFICE DEPO RECOMMENDED ME THIS PARTICULAR HEADSET. I TRIED IT, NOW I AM ADDICTED TO IT AND GRAB IT IF I AM EVER ON THE PHONE FOR ANY LENGTH OF TIME. Summary: I bought this same headset but without the USB adapter. I use it with my cell phone when driving and occasionally with a cordless phone at home.
Pros: Great sound, both coming and going. It really does handle wind noise well. No batteries, no charging to be concerned with. Comfortable, (but see below). Easy to put on and easy to adjust the voice tube, and it stays where you want it. Mine has proven durable.
Cons: It is wired, if that would bother you. I find I have to change ears after a couple of hours or it becomes a little uncomfortable.
