Summary: This is a nice headset. Has adapters to work with 3.5 and 2.5 mm as well as usb; Volume controls for both speaking and hearing; Mute button; Short boom brings the mic close to your mouth. Sound quality is great. The only negative is that the way it fits on the ear takes some getting used to. But I liked it enough to order a second one.
Summary: This is about the best headset I have found for a home office and wireless LAN line. Has good sound and comfortable. Still will need to be replaced every year. They do not make headsets that last! Good marketing, I guess!
Summary: The Plantronics MX500i 3-in-1 Headset is a great product for any internet based phone can even use for a cell phone with the included adapter. One thing that Plantronics changed with the newer headsets is the usb adapter. The previous one came with a longer cable. The new usb adapter is not connected via a cable but is now in a similiar format as a usb flash stick. This considerably shortens the overall length of the headset.
Summary: Pros: I bought this headset specifically to use while gaming, and it works well for that. I don't like to have my fellow gamers chattering away in both ears, so this is a good compromise, and they tell me I come through loud and clear in the mic. Works perfectly with Ventrilo. I like the design of the headset itself. It's completely comfortable for 2-3 hours; after that, my ear does start to ache a little - but not badly.
Summary: I use VOIP phone in office and at home office. After trying a couple of Bluetooth headsets, I searched for a wired one, and am VERY happy with this one. I've been using it now for a month and have recommended this headset to several colleagues. I've found zero discomfort, and in fact often don't even remember that I've got it on. Sound quality to me and to the party on the other end of the call has been stellar.
Summary: Every new employee receives this headset. They are low profile, stay in your ear, and reception is consistently good. My one desire is a longer plug. If you are looking for a good quality, inexpensive headset, this will work for you. For the price, you can't go wrong.
Summary: This is one of the most comfortable earpieces I've ever worn. Right out of the box this is easy to set up and use. volumes are very good, if there's an issue with others being able to hear you there is a gain switch on the side opposite the earpiece volume dial (I've never had to use it). The real selling point for me is this; I have sensitive ears.
