Excerpt: I have owned the Plantronics Legend for several years now and cannot say enough about it, worked great and was worth the money. Finally had to replace it after it would not turn on and was past warranty.Read reviews on the Marque 2 and made the purchase. Owned for a weekand here's my .02- sound quality good- controls easy to learn- fit with factory silicone earpiece was not snug- paired effortlessly with my phone (Samsung S5)- did get some reports of background noise...
Excerpt: I have just started to use it today and I have a lot to learn. When I tried to double tap the control function the device went back against my ear drum and I had to remove after I tried to use the device from my ear to redial someone who had called me,. My eardrum still hurts after a couple of hours since I removed the device from my ear. The person who is teaching me said that things would get better with practice.
Summary: I used the Marque 2 for 1 week. I went for this $50 one because I thought more money spent would be better quality, boy was I wrong. I bought it to replace iPhone earbuds because I was tired of them getting ripped out of my ears every day from snagging, and I needed something better because I have to be on my phone 8+ hours a day. At first I liked it, it was the first time I used a single ear microphone.
Summary: Background noise not eliminated. Great fit for ppeople with smaller ears and comfortable, but had complaints of background noise and hard to hear me while connected. I am returning my purchase.
Excerpt: This Plantronics earpiece sounds pretty good and was reasonably priced. Unfortunately, the 7 hour talk time seems to only be about 5 hours in real time! Hopefully I'll be able to find my last Plantronics earpiece with the true 11 hour talk time soon!
