Summary: I find the center button gets pressed accidentally often when I am trying to adjust the volume or shut off the device. Other than that it works fine & I find the size of the clear inner ear piece fits better well which is a relief since there are no other choices in size.
Summary: I have purchased a Bluetooth that cost the about the same price and had better quality and changing the volume and connecting to the phone. There’s an adapter piece on the ear piece that I threw out because it hurts you’re ear.

Cons: Not comfortable to just walk around with it in your ear for too long so not something you would want to just wear around. Also not incredibly attractive or fashionable to walk around with one of these nowadays although it doesn't flash and glow like a lot of the others do.
Summary: When I put it in my ear it hurt it because of the large round speaker and listing device and the loop on the back heart my ear as well. When I wanted it to dial a phone number for me if said that I had that service free for 1 year. I returned it for the reasons mentioned above.
