Pros: Very good reception, very light and easy to use. give casual indications for the battery power and lost connections. you can also use the media feature y you want. Overall, is a very good device.
Cons: The ear holder is stiff, and, some times your ear hurt. In a big environment, the signal is not consistent, and lost the connection during a conversation. It could be a little larger, but this is not a big deal'
Summary: I love it, I work outside and it frees up my hands, stays firmly in my ear. It is pretty comfortable, can irritate the back of my ear after 6 hrs. But the stability while hiking down hills or hopping a fence, out weighs that. It says put, has good battery life, cuts wind noise very well.
Summary: My sister adviced me to purchase this item for my friend. However it was"other new" at first, and I did not recognize it, but when it was delivered and he used this, we trusted it was new. the quality of voice is great. simple, light and durable.
Summary: I was able to use this unit for one day before it died on me. I was impressed and know that I likely just received a dud but was more frustrated with Plantronics than the product. I called the Canadian toll free number that apparently takes you to the U.S. tech support. The rep did not confirm where I was calling from and proceeded to direct me to the procedures for U.S. customers.
Summary: Being a big audio listener I have been stuck with a stereo headsets on my 2 ears since bt was first invented. Always wanted one of these. In 07 I had a bt headset with a rechargeable battery life of 12 hrs. This did me great for work. Still I wanted on ear free. Started seeing these single earpieces with bt about a year ago but none with the battery life to get me through a whole days work listening to audio. Came across this in Aug and I love it!
