Plantronics rules! This is the hands free phone headset to buy.

Summary: I purchased the M50 Plantronics headset to replace my going on three year old 220 model with a dying battery. The 220 I purchased for $10 at Tiger Direct with low expectations. Wow, I loved it. Then when looking for the replacement I saw the great reviews on this unit, and although more expensive, the fact that it was a Plantronics told me that I wouldn't likely be disappointed. Well I'm here to report that the M50 is awesome.
Pros: Very good reception, very light and easy to use. give casual indications for the battery power and lost connections. you can also use the media feature y you want. Overall, is a very good device.
Cons: The ear holder is stiff, and, some times your ear hurt. In a big environment, the signal is not consistent, and lost the connection during a conversation. It could be a little larger, but this is not a big deal'
Excellent headset. Small and comfortable. Great battery.

Summary: This is the 4th headset I have bought because I wash them or just lose them pretty often. The headset fits very well and never falls out of my ear if I am leaning down or any other awkward position. Battery life if great, will last 3 days without charging, but I don't talk on mine constantly. You can listen to music through this headset also. Callers never complain about echos, loud noises or anything when I am using this.
Summary: I would not recommend this product. It hurts my ear and is very uncomfortable to wear very long. Also very often there is an echo when talking. The range between the earpiece and phone not very strong. If there is a wall between, the connection is staticy and often is broken.
Summary: Shhhhh... don't talk so loud, I can't hear the person I'm calling. I replaced my Motorola M17 which had great noise cancellation and enough volume that I could talk to and hear someone even when driving with my sunroof and windows open in the car. THIS headset I can barely hear people over the road noise with all the windows closed. I miss my M17 (finally broke the flip out mic, which also turns the headset on and off).
