Very Nice Product & Very User Friendly

  • Excerpt: I like this product very much. I own a business and seem to be on the road a lot. With this I don't have to remember to plug it in at night so its ready to use. I just toss it in the little junk compartment and it's ready to go. I would recommend it to any of my friends.

Just O.K.

  • Excerpt: I bought this for my home office. I chose it because it was the low cost option that has the noise-cancelling microphone. It's doesn't work well for me. I find, if I am talking to a client that talks low, I have a hard time hearing them. I have the volume turned up as high as it will go, but it still doesn't help much.

Wrong plug size for my smartphone

Jill, Staples

  • Excerpt: The description said it fit most smartphones...so, I did not bother to check the specs on mine prior to ordering. Guess what, should have measured twice. Now, I need to return it for one that fits.

  • Excerpt: I use hearing aids and would like a little more amplification...other than that headphones are good and easy to use.

Love it!

Lost_in_Kentucky, Staples

  • Excerpt: I love this headset. I can't tell you how it has improved my daily phone usage. I have a slight hearing loss, so that's not an issue anymore. I can walk around doing other things, hands free and take notes or type while talking. When I have a long conversation with a BFF my hand doesn't cramp! It was a good investment.
  • Pros: Compact design, Easy To Set Up, Good Sound, Hands Free, Nice Features, Strong Signal, Volume control, Wide Range

  • Summary: This headset is exceptional for the bargain price you pay. The headset can be a bit aggravating to adjust to your head at first, once you get it right, it is quite comfortable for all day wear. The leather ear piece means that your ears do not get sore, like they often do with the foam covers that scratch and redden the ear.

Works fine for an inexpensive headset

Almost a Geek, Staples
27 February 2014
  • Excerpt: I usually replace this headset with the same model. Why? Because it gets the job done, plain and simple. There's no need to spend more. Eventually the wire that connects to the ear pad loosens, and it becomes time to replace the headset, usually in a year or so. As a podcaster using a digital recorder with an in-ear microphone to pick up a phone conversation, the microphone effectively eliminates ambient noise on my end when making a recording.
  • Pros: Comfortable Handset, Easy To Set Up, Good Sound, Inexpensive, Light To Wear
  • Cons: Not Durable
