Summary: I work in a large call center and we all use either these or the single ear set. This set works great for blocking out background noise and not picking up other people's conversations. The flexible mic allows you to increase your voice without yelling, just put the mic closer to your mouth.
Pros: Light, microphone works great. Sound is very clear.
Summary: Not good for low base, or if you want to listen to music on them. It will work just fine, but you can find much cheaper, better headphones for that stuff. If you are needing something for telephone use, then get these.
Pros: We use these in a large call center. Noise canceling microphone works very well, the headphones are light, and wearing them for a 10 hour shift is comfortable. Speakers are clear and even sounding.
Cons: Have to be very nice to these headphones, as the plastic will start to crack over time, and eventually breaks altogether.
Summary: Good sound, slightly bass-heavy. Exerts a bit too much pressure on the ears and the volume level is quite a bit higher than other headsets I've used; a control built into the unit would have been useful to override the source.
