Summary: Sound Quality is avg/good. Comfort is great and I have a big head. I see what people are referring to with static, cutting in and out, ect, seems to get interference at times, but it is minimal and this is a steal for for 45$.
Summary: This will change your game playing experience, if you've never used a headset before. Good quality and comparable to the other more expensive brand, but at a cheaper price. Having no cords to deal with is a huge bonus. The retractable microphone is able to be positioned for your comfort. Having the controls on the headset is very convenient. Great price for a great product.
Cheap comfortable and good sound quality wireless headset.
3 December 2013
Summary: The headset is comfortable, provides good audio, and the microphone picks up the voice well. I especially like the low price for a wireless headset. Their are a few negatives, the batteries should have been double A not triple A so they could last longer and you can't hear your own voice. I would still recommended the headset on price and sound quality.
Summary: I do get some static from the unit and the range is not too far at all, but it does work. Please note that the unit only has a microphone for Xbox, it will NOT allow you to use that on PC so I use these just for the headphone part of it. For the price they are decent and I'd recommend them, but the batteries do have to be removed for replacement and such so use rechargeables if you can.
Plantronics X95 vs Turtle Beach X31wireless headset for XBOX360
29 June 2011
Summary: I have been playing with the Plantronics X95's for around six months now. My girlfriend has the X31's by Turtle Beach. The first thing is the price difference, around $50 or more if you buy the Turtle Beach. If you're judging by price alone, the X95 wins easy. Second is the overall design of the headsets in question. The Plantronics X95 is bigger and has less articulation where the ear muff attaches to the frame.
