Summary: I work from home and spend 8-10 hours on the phone every day. I wanted a headset that has optimal sound quality. PROS: The sound quality is what I was hoping for. I prefer the stereo sound. The noise cancellation works well. I also purchased the amplifier. I found that the volume resolution on the phone (Avaya) was too drastic between levels and the amplifier gives precise volume control. The adjustable length of the microphone arm is a great feature.
Summary: Works great. Replaced the monaural unit my company provided for use with my Polycom desk phone and helps me to actually HEAR conference calls in this rather noisy half-height new cube world I've been forced in to. Perfect and does exactly what I needed. Comfortable too since I'll be on conference calls for hours and don't even notice the headset. Recommend.
Summary: My staff all use is in my offices... It's a great product and a nice compliment to our Polycom phones. To date they've held up well (some are likely 2 years old) and considering their heavy use and abuse, that's impressive. The quick disconnect is a nice feature and very useful. From my experience you can't go wrong with these.
Summary: This binaural headset is very comfortable and has great sound quality. Both parties can hear each other very well during the call. It's important to note that the headset does not come with the adapter. I'm using the headset with my Motorola Razor Maxx, and I bought the adapter for the headphone jack separately (3.5mm). Also came with a storage pouch which keeps it neat when I'm not using it.
Summary: I didn't think it would be that loose. When they say for bigger heads they mean it. However, it IS comfy. Only downside is that without that pain in the butt clunky amplifier, you will have to really not be in an environment that had regular noise.
