Pros: Multilink (2 phones at once) light weight, sound quality and design.
Cons: The ear gels are a deal breaker. They get soft from body heat and allow the device to slowly rotate toward the ground to an unusable position. Plantronics admits on their web site chat area that the gels were re-formulated.
Pros: It has a great, light and stylish design. The voice in and out is better than all the others I tried. I've been using it for three weeks and I thin I'm going to keep it, I looked and can't find anything better.
Cons: When I talk with some people I'm told that I sound far away, while others say I sound like I'm using the phone and Not even on a headset. The one an only issue is the out going voice sound, not loud enough.
Pros: I was skeptical about the earbud, but it stays really well in my ear and it's so comfortable I barely know it's on. I love the way it looks and it's really easy to use. You just pop it in your ear and start.
Cons: I have a couple times hit the button too long, or maybe "double clicked" it and disconnected the call at the beginning. But I think that is more user error.
Pros: Receiving phone callers say this has very crisp, clear sound at their end. Also true at your end (the user). Once fitted properly in ear, lightweight & hardly noticable you're wearing it. Doesn't look dorky in your ear. Nice recharging case.
Cons: Volume button hard to find & manipulate when in ear.
Pros: Beautiful, eye-catching design Call volume is never an issue Charging pocket keeps headset charged when away from home If headset loses phone it's paired with, will keep trying to pair with it for a while
Cons: Wind filtration is horrid Sometimes sound can be too loud, even at lowest volume Ear gel wil get loose, causing headset to swing downward
